He said, 'I can provide you with my daughter who has done 3 years of work with a retirement center, but she is young. You think that would be OK for you?' I said, 'As long as she is the only person who comes and doesn't have other clients and see others, I would be happy with that.' It was my choice. My sister is 91, so I have this fear of this virus, which is very high in New Jersey. After 4 months in New Hampshire with us, when she wanted to go home, we were very concerned to have a group that would help her. Obviously, the house had been untouched for 4 months, but I was grateful that this group was able to do the things they did that normally another group was not able to do. Home Helpers are providing 4 hours of being at home with my sister helping her with food, with housekeeping, with getting the house organized and with putting things away. They are also helping her with companionship like playing cards when needed. They take her to each of the doctor's visits and make sure that she's taken care of. Then they make a report of what the doctor said she needs. She is comfortable with the caregiver. We are satisfied with her. I hope that she will be able to continue with my sister. My sister has Wifi at home but she doesn't know how to use her computer to get her email, so they help her with the emails. Because she has problems with her back, with her eyesight, and with her hearing, they help her with all of that. The important thing is that the owner Howard S. is very gracious. Whenever an issue comes up that needs our immediate response, he calls us and spends time with us on the phone. He has also gone into my sister's house several times to check it out himself.
