This this service is amazing. I’ve had others. They are caring and empathetic. They’re always extremely helpful. Empathy is key. As a caretaker to my dad for years, I tried other services. The last two times my dads cancer came back I used visiting nurses. They provided much help, relief, kindness and professionalism.

VNA was recommended to me by my doctor. I have no complaints about them. I'm pleased with their help. They were very nice and helpful. I'm absolutely happy with their service for my husband.

Their caregivers are fabulous. They take good care of me. They are considerate, friendly and wonderful people. VNA has been helping me for about 10 years. They are helping us for about five to ten years. I am happy with their care. They are very good. I can't find another like them.

We were referred to VNA by my daughter's cardiologist. We were in a hospital for a couple of weeks. After leaving the hospital, the cardiologist wanted someone to monitor her weight and her vitals. I'm very happy with Janine. She's our nurse for 3 months. She's pretty much become a friend of the other family members at this point. She's extremely knowledgeable. She's always ready to help us. She's always available to answer our calls any time of the day, any day of the week. She was available via telephone and via email. We already looked forward to her visit because she always had something new to educate us with to help my daughter get better.

The hospital where my son was in, set me up with VNA. They're wonderful. Everybody I had dealings with in VNA has been great. They're very helpful. They explain more things even more than my son's doctors. My son has 19 doctors. It gets very frustrating because they're all over New York and Pennsylvania. The nurse from VNA would clear things for me because you really don't get to spend too much time with the doctor. She would really take the time to explain things to me. She would go over everything about my son's lab work and what they mean. She also help me coordinate everything with all the doctors.
