I have a 24/7 live-in aide from the Bristol Glen Homework's division for my mother. The aide we have has been a good fit for our family - very loving and caring and knows her CHHA skills and duties very well. She is always willing to learn. She has been with us since June 2018. I only wish the aides that fill in for her during her breaks were better trained; we've had some issues there. The office staff and director have been great about returning my calls and resolving issues.

For the past several years, my mother has had an aide 2 days a week. But with the pandemic, she now has a daily aide, since family members can’t enter the bldg. This help has been invaluable. I have an excellent rapport with her aide and the agency is responsive and attentive to any requests
