We have hired FirstLight Homecare for my mom. They take my mom shopping, they cook her breakfast or lunch, they take her on outings, they take her to luncheons, they vacuum a little bit, and they make sure the kitchen stays clean. They pick up everything off the floor that my mom keeps dropping so that she is not tripping on things. Some of the people that we have had are better than others, but overall, it has been a positive experience. I have had five or six caregivers since we started in April, but three of them have really been great.

I was their very first client, if I recalled correctly. I needed someone to drive my wife to a doctor's appointment for once. FirstLight's caregiver showed-up on time. Excellent service, no doubts. She even took notes on the doc's instruction and called us in the evening to remind my wife. Highly recommend
