The people from LivWell Home Care are very professional and caring. They outlined exactly what they were going to do and offered numerous suggestions to have better healthcare for my parents. Overall I was satisfied with the presentation and the delivery of services. We've been using them for 2 months now. They do cooking, general cleaning, doctor's appointments, shuttles, and general bathing for my mom. The caregiver was very pleasant and nice, and my mom enjoys her company so if she's happy, we're all happy. The billing is upfront and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them.

My father used LivWell Home Care for a few weeks. The caregivers weren't the greatest, but the owner was great. The aides didn't help much. They were supposed to go to the supermarket for him. One person didn't show up and said that she was there, and the other person just sat there and never helped him. Their scheduling was good, and they work with you, but they need to research who they hire a little bit better.

We're using LivWell Home Care for my husband. Service has been excellent. They provide companionship and home health aide, help with ADLs and safety. The caregiver is doing very well.

highly recommend! Michelle was very patient dealing with all of my siblings setting up home care for our mom with dementia. We initially started online looking to hire a private caregiver, was overwelmed with the amount of applicants. We were excited until we hired the third caregiver that had another family emergency and didn’t show up. Knowing my mom couldn’t be left alone we decided to call agency’s and came across LivWell. My mom was well taken care of by Laura who was always there and so patient with mom. The office staff are soo understanding and helpful.
