Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

I can't come up with an answer without giving some thought. My caregiver helps me in so many ways. She has helped me the most by helping me get dressed when I am having difficulty with clothing.
I like their ability to hire people who are an advantage to someone handicapped like me and my wife.

They could do things naturally. They know the things that need to be done. It would be good if I had a self starter.
It's hard for me to tell people what to do when they come into my home. They will do whatever you ask, but they don't do it naturally. I'll probably get the hang of it sooner or later.

We have respite care right now as he is in a rehab for a bit. The services before, like dressing him and watching over him, enabled me to get out of the house to do things.
They provide great care for my husband and the housework is helpful for me. I'd recommend them as we certainly intend to keep using them after my loved one gets out of rehab.

My caregiver is amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone. When someone comes, they don't just come to give me a shower or give me an hour of their time, I have friends I could do that with. They are here to do everything I need, and they do it well.

It made it easy for me when the caregivers would have my aunt. It was one less thing for me to do. It felt like having another child, but it was an adult, and it got to be too much for me.
I liked the caregiver that we had, even though we didn't have the second caregiver for very long before my aunt went to a nursing home. They went hiking, walking, and to lunch. She loved it.

Our caregiver comes once a week. I'm not dissatisfied with it, but I don't feel like I can rate it higher due to my limited experiences. I don't think they've been good at allotting us enough time, according to the financial side of it. My caregiver is often more than 10 minutes late, and then I get charged more.
I have limited experience with them. This is my introduction to home care. They've fulfilled what I've requested so far.

I was having to get up multiple times during the night and now I do not have to do that. They are doing the best that they can under the circumstances.
They do the best that they can, but it is difficult when you have dementia where one moment things are great and the next things can be really difficult.

The caregivers have been good about being informed about things that are going on. For example, when my mother fell, the aide was quick to let me know.

On the two days that she is here, it is wonderful because I get things done, and she goes to the store for me, and I can relax a little.
I love my case worker, but they can't get someone here all the time. I just want the same person and not someone strange coming in every week. I love my worker very much, but she has to be out a lot due to her situation.
