HCAN HomeCare Advocacy Network is Lincoln-based and Lincoln-owned. We count our clients as neighbors and family. We offer no minimum hours home care and have local caregivers ready to start immediately.

From companionship to personal and dementia care, we are committed to helping meet you, or your loved ones, unique needs in your home. Following a customized care plan, our specially trained caregivers care for you as if you are one of our family.

Our Caregivers

The key to our great team is valuing and nurturing the unique talents of every individual. And that means getting beyond the facts and hearing the stories behind our HCAN Heroes and you, the people we serve.

For example, a client has a recent injury. Of course, we provide the basic care every day. But we also take the time to learn where that injury is having the most impact on their life – be that communicating with others, not being able to kneel at church, or any other issues that don’t show up on paper questionnaires and clipboards. And we do that by listening with compassion and getting to know what is really important to each of our clients.

As for our caregivers, caring for others in the professional world, we know success looks different for each of them. That’s why we’re making sure we’re meeting every individual caregiver’s needs, so they can come to work happy, healthy, and with their clients as their top priority. If they want to grow within the medical field, we encourage that growth and are happy to be a stepping stone in their path.

We are proud to serve our Veterans as they have served us and are a VA approved partner. We are also Medicaid Approved and can help you manage your way through the application process for both of these programs.
