About This Community
Carolina Hearts Home Care began operations in the fall of 2005 in Scotland County, North Carolina. Since that time, Carolina Hearts has grown into a company that serves clients in nine counties in North Carolina. (Scotland, Richmond, Robeson, Anson, Montgomery, Moore, Lee, Hoke and Harnett)
Our mission is to provide the highest quality home care to each and every one of our clients in order that he or she can achieve and maintain the optimum quality of life.

Between dialysis and my life, it gets hard. When they are concerned about me, and when they help me get things, it makes my life easier.
I like that they are just like family to me. They take care of me and make sure I am happy. They always keep me up to date and smiling. They keep me going.

She is more comfortable when they are there a relates to them.
The agency is there and always making sure there is a caregiver for hours when needed.

She is punctual, reliable, and they follow up.
They come out and check on the employees. They interviewed me and found what I needed and want. I think they are proficient organization.

My aunt is still transitioning and getting adjusted. It has made my aunt very independent to have a caregiver in her home.
I would like to see Carolina Hearts Home Care LLC to improve on the dementia care regarding my aunt. We have made a lot of request for changes.

They will do anything that she needs while there, such as tidying up and cleaning around the house in places like the kitchen or wherever is needed.
I like how professional they are in everything, so I'd recommend them.

It could be patient-specific, but he needs someone chatty and more like a companion. In the beginning, no one really wanted to talk to him.
They should be more consistent with the assignments of the caregivers.

I think overall they are good. The caregivers do a lot of things on their own and are well-trained. Whatever we suggest or want to help us they carry it out.
They are professional and I think they do a good job of training the people that come out. They are well prepared.

My mom loves her caregiver. They have a real compassion for her care and they are interested in what she has to say. My mom has developed a really close friendship with her caregiver.
They are just wonderful. Their communication is wonderful. The caregiver comes right on time.

They help me do things that I can't do myself. They can get more dependable help though.
They can hire more help to take the place if someone can't show up. They also don't check the records of the caregiver and the clients are left to get them know on their own.

The caregiver they have sent to me has been with me for over 2 years, and she has been so good to us.
Well, I like the fact that I can talk to them, and they are available when I do need them. The caregiver I currently have is outstanding.

They are here over night and they allow us to get a good night sleep.
They have not had enough caregivers that could cover the shifts we need. Mom went to the hospital and then we lost our caregiver that we had.
