Synergy HomeCare has been good to my parent. When we first requested a caregiver, they were very prompt in sending one for us. In general, the caregivers they have for us are very good and very professional. We have no complaints with them. What we like best about this agency is that they have been able to provide caregivers to us on a stable basis and they're providing good service. Our experience with Synergy HomeCare is very positive.
