They just help in various ways. They help make my life easier. They do what needs to be done. I just like the way they do business and the way they monitor the employees attendance. I like the quality of employees they have.

There was one night caregiver that would bring a nightgown, pillow, and blanket. I would get a lot of phone calls with questions about the client's condition because the caregivers couldn't give medication. Some of the caregivers had a meltdown saying they could not handle the situation. One of the caregivers that had a meltdown said the client had problems which were not true.

The current caregiver is great. However, the substitutes that Home Helpers sends are not as great. They are not always comparable to Lois and her skills. Home Helpers mas made my life easier by taking care of things with my mother that I cannot do while I am working.
