They do the jobs I don't want to do.
They have care and compassion.

Patsy doesn't feel totally at ease with them, but I think that's her and not him. They take her for walks and they take her to dinner every evening.
I like that William is very responsive.

They let me leave town because my wife needs help getting in and out of bed.
I was not here while I was here, I was out of state. I do know that my wife liked everyone and they were on time.

They have given my mother with transpiration and help with chores.
I like that they've been very responsive when we've had a concern with a caregiver.

We are very comfortable with all the caregivers.
They do anything to accommodate us.

For the first person that was sent, it was under COVID-19 and the caregiver didn't wear a mask. One time we told her to take my dad to the hairdresser, and she said she can't since she felt sick and the second caregiver wouldn't wear the mask either.
They should have a better connection between the company and what the caregivers are going to do because there was a big disconnect between them. They didn't know what to do and when we told them what to do they called Home Helpers to see what they had to do.

We still have to do a lot for our family, because we are in a training period with the caregivers.

These people have become my friends, and there is good in everything they do. This is difficult to go through and is exhausting, and they help me.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat! They are efficient, dependable, and go out of their way to do nice things for us.

It takes the load off of me to take care of my mother.
The aide has been great for my mom and if I have a question I can speak with the owner about it.

They have been very helpful because I have been sick, they came at a good time.
I like that seem to be very organized and come in and do exactly what they say. They seem to be very friendly and trustworthy.

I like the girl who was running it on my end. She was there for me whenever I needed someone. She was excellent.

They make meals for us and help with washing.
I have had a couple of home helpers that have been extremely outgoing. The one I have now is friendly and outgoing, and they work well with my loved one.
