They listen to me and try to help me as well. They do what I ask. They all seem interested in helping us, when someone can't come they are immediately replaced with someone who can. They try very hard.

They allow freedom for me to work and do other things. They need to be consistent in the caregivers they send.

Them being here at my beck and call, cooking for me, and taking care of me has helped. They do it all with a smile on their face. They seem to know what they are doing.

They need to independently do some chores without being asked. I like their responsiveness to our needs when things change.

Just getting him out of the house is very helpful. They are very nice and they will do anything you ask them to do.

They have helped the most in doing things for Bruce that I can't do for him. It has made my life especially easier. They send me nice caregivers.

It helps get him out of the house and to doctor's appointments. She takes care of him and does the shopping. The caregiver is really good and responsive.

They do everything they can to help. There are many aspects, and there is a particular caregiver they send. I liked their dependability.

It was very helpful. I work during the day so they were able to help my mom during the day and they helped with cleaning and laundry. I like the availability and the flexibility. I appreciated that they were very proactive and when a problem came along they would always call. My mom liked the caregiver.

I like having a caregiver to assist my aunt. They could have a friendly coordinator of scheduling and less expensive rate.

I hired Homewatch Caregivers of Chapel Hill for my mother. They help in personal care, chores, and taking her to dialysis, and help with medication. They're very good, we got 2 different aides, one permanent who's been extremely good and a good representative for them. Krista F. is the nurse supervisor, Diane is the scheduler, and Jordan is the permanent caregiver, and I can't say enough about those three ladies. I would definitely recommend them.

For my dad, it has given him a companion or a friend so it makes him not as lonely. They are very professional and just get the big picture of my dad. She goes through the plan of care with me. She understands and has experience with dementia.

He's asleep a lot. They could have offered more assistance in getting him to do activities. In three incidents, I felt like the aide who came could've spent more time with my husband, instead of doing games, reading, or other things they wanted to do while my husband was up. I think they did a remarkable job in fulfilling my needs overall. It's hard to have your caregivers at 100% all of the time. I would highly recommend them.

My mom needs a little bit of help with medical supplies. By just having someone get the things that she needs and helping her around, like light housework, is really, really valuable to mom at this point. I like the individual that they found. It did take a couple of tries. The first lady was very nice, but it was more of a compatibility issue. The second person they found was a better fit for my parents.

Homewatch provided care for my debilitated father for 3 years before his death, and now they help care for my mother. Last Christmas when I suddenly needed help for my mom, they came through immediately so I could continue with pre-arranged travel plans. The women are so loving and patient -- they are a pleasure to work with, and a pleasure for my mother to live with. They never let us down.

Homewatch CareGivers is an outstanding organization of very caring people. Everyone I have worked with on behalf of my 91 yr old Mother has been very supportive, helpful and understanding. Their first priority is for the safety and health of their clients. They also provide outstanding support to the family members of their clients. I would highly recommend Homewatch to everyone who needs caregiver assistance.
