In our experience, the CNA staff is very kind but the management is absolutely horrible. They demand more and more money but do not follow through with services already agreed to. When we told them we could not afford what they were demanding they dropped services with 2 1/2 business days notice. Caring for loved ones during end of life is already emotional and stressful. This company only made this situation worse.

I used Interim HealthCare of Raleigh before for my mother. They were poor, uncaring, and their caregivers were smoking at the dialysis center. The dialysis center had to go out and tell their employee that they're not supposed to be smoking there, and that the client is paying them to take care of my mother, and not to be out smoking. They show up late, or they don't come at all. They could improve on the service level of the employees, on following through on their commitment to provide caregivers when they said they would, and they didn't care enough. Their service was poor, and their scheduler was disrespectful.
