The agency was really good at communicating.

They had many issues with staffing and could not get assigned shifts. They could do better.
I like that they have sent some very good caregivers for us.

Her caregiver is competent, thorough, and punctual.
We have a wonderful caregiver; I am not sure that other care providers have the consistency that we have.

They could talk to and engage the client and get off their phones.
Only one out of three caregivers has been exceptional, and she has been off for a few weeks. The other two were a waste of time.

The agency could provide the caregivers with more hours. The caregivers are poorly trained.
I would like them to be more consistent and work faster and use good judgement in the work that they do.

She provides support for both my mom, my stepdad's primary caregiver, and my dad. They really like Cindy.
I especially like the caregiver that has been assigned to my stepfather. She's very knowledgeable and she has a very good bed side manager and is a very good fit for my family.

I would have liked them to show up when we needed them.
They couldn't fulfill our requirements for the weekends.

They stay ten hours a day and do everything from cooking to cleaning to laundry.
I would recommend them because my parents have very unique needs and they've made that possible. Arosa was able to find Russian-speaking caregivers.

The care level is the best it could possibly be for our client. It is nice we are familiar with the caregiver.

I do not know what her schedule is each week and there is lack of communication. But other than that, it is good.
The communication needs to be better. The owner and social worker are super nice and helpful.

The agency needs to improve the response time and professionalism.
The caretaker we had quit suddenly and they had an issue finding a replacement. My mother passed away and I called to let them know, but they did not inform her so she came anyways. They need to have more communication and a sense of urgency.

There was only 1 visit. The nurse came out and did the evaluation and a caregiver came out and followed up. They then decided not to come out anymore.
They we on time and reliable.

They have not had substitutes if our caregiver is sick and they should.

My husband had a surgery, and they helped with rehab. They now are great with him.
It started as a disaster, and I had to do a lot of things for him. We had some bad caregivers.

The most helpful part of the services is the nurse visits because that came at a critical time after complications occurred.
