The caregiver helps straighten my dishes and goes around doing things for me like shopping since I don't drive anymore.
The caregiver provides excellent care and attends to all my needs. I'd certainly recommend them for their excellent workers.

The communication is awesome. They develop a good treatment plan based on her needs and explain.

One of the caregivers does more than the other ones. I am unable to go upstairs to check to see how they cleaned the bathroom. I usually do my own breakfast and lunch. I get up pretty early and have a dog to take care of.
They work out well, but they could do the things that I want done.

The caregiver isn't helping me a bit and I don't know what I'm paying her for. They haven't been helpful at all.
The other day, I just a got a girl from SYNERGY who I don't want back again. She tried to get me to buy her something. I wanted her help and she didn't do that.

My ultimate job is to help him with showering and getting dressed.
I feel that they need to improve on some of their caregivers. Some have been very good, but others do not pay attention to detail the way I want them to. One girl did a few dishes and they were still greasy after she washed them and did not do a great job. They also have been sloppy at folding clothes and shoving them in to places.

The most helpful part of the services has been been the mobility I get from the caregiver, she takes me where I need to go.

Some of the girls are amazing, but others are not so good. I did not like that they have 30 different caregivers to come and try out. I did end up keeping two of them which are very good.

It gives us peace of mind knowing that there is someone there three times a week who is taking care of the house and doing the things that are harder for my mother to do.
I like how easy they are to work with. If we have a problem I talk to one of the gals there and they get it resolved right away.

They do a great job, and the people that come over here are industrious. They want to clean the house and help make my bed.

I think that if they were more into the housekeeping, that would be good. They probably have restrictions about that, but it seems to me that that is the weak point in the system. The rest of it is good.
I would like them to improve their host care. None of their providers enjoy doing housework, and we have one on Mondays for housekeeping. We haven't found an agency that has really good housekeepers.

It was beneficial with my husband, and relieved me of any energy I needed. It brought in another person to help my husband so that he didn't have the same person all the time. I am receiving the services personally to help with the housework and to have someone check on me in case there are changes in my health.
I really like the professionalism and the organization of the agency itself to stay in touch and keep the schedules going. I like the ability to reach out at any time if something goes wrong or if you need to change something. They are always accessible.

I was so weak that I couldn't get out of bed. They got me up, gave me a bath, got me in clothes, took me to the airport, and made sure I boarded the flight.
They were prompt. They showed up when they said they would, and the guy that showed up was very good. I was sick at the time, and I needed some help to get to the airport. The guy was very good.

It helps to have somebody that has a good rapport with my mom. The caregiver matches with my mom. She helps with cooking. It lets me get out of my house.
The communication is really good. The caregivers show up on time. Their schedule is flexible.

It has helped a lot. My caregiver does everything I ask her to do, gets my groceries for me, and cleans my house. She is really good.
I would tell a friend that they treat me pretty well. They sent me a girl that wasn't too good and I recommended a change. I have a good one now.

I'm not depressed anymore. I know that Kaitlin is going to be here when she is supposed to do. She is such an outstanding person.
They always keep me posted when Kaitlin can't come. I have been very pleased with the service.

I have them come and help me get things done like light housekeeping and laundry. I am able to have a quality life again.
It's hard for them to keep consistent caregivers. I don't think they pay the caregiver enough.

They actually care for her, they are empathetic, and they know the tricks of the trade.
They have a new caregiver and she's not very helpful at all. We haven't been able to get a new person, but my mom had a reaction to medicine recently and I asked if they could have someone there last minute. They got someone who was there for 7 days. The people they send out are great.

What the do for me helped me out a lot. They stay here and made sure that I am okay during the night. I also have a lot of memory problems and they make sure I have things straight.
My daughters have them and I have them, they are pretty good.

If someone needs more home care, SYNERGY HomeCare would be a great company for them, but if you don't need care that extends longer then three hours then it's better not to have them. I would like to have shorter times scheduled for the caregivers instead of the three hour block. I think one hour would suffice in our case.

I would tell a friend that SYNERGY HomeCare was interested in our care and always checking up on us and making sure things were going smoothly. SYNERGY HomeCare made my life easier because I was having issues with my loved one at nights because i was having to wake up two or three times a night, so they helped me get a good nights rest.

SYNERGY HomeCare is good and the caregivers show up on time. My biggest problem with them has been the three hour minimum. I also don't like having to pay the same amount whether or not the client gets a nurse. It's been awesome having someone from SYNERGY HomeCare to take care of the client. It's nice having the house smelling clean when I come over.

I would tell someone that with SYNERGY HomeCare, they need to be prepared to meet professional caregivers who understand the meaning of empathy and compassion and who are able to provide incredible one-on-one care so that family members can have some respite. My brother didn't have SYNERGY HomeCare for very long, but while his caregivers were there, they were wonderful.

SYNERGY Home Care has worked well with Linda, I haven't had any problems. I think I did with this company for my mother. I know that she is comfortable and happy. When she isn't comfortable, they are quick to fix it. The service from SYNERGY has made my life easier by knowing that there are a few days when I do not have to worry about her since I live far away from my mother.
