Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The caregivers have helped the client the most with good company, so she won't be by herself, and she has someone there to talk to.

It could vary with caregiver, but they are easy to work with. It is nice being able to contact someone 24 hours a day. The caregiver is very good to work with.

The services are very good, but my mom does not want to be passed from person to person especially during a pandemic.
The reason being is because they have sent me to many caregivers for my mom. I would like to have just one that just consistently comes.

What I like about Right at Home is they're well organized. They are friendly. They are not pushy. They let you know what they have and what's available upfront and the associated costs and what services they can provide for someone that needs that sort of support. You can get a nurse if it's required. Communication is excellent. There's no hidden agenda. They're very sensible. You can talk to someone immediately. They understand what you're trying to do and what you want. They're helpful with working with your long-term care insurance and that sort of thing. You know where they're coming from, from that aspect of it and that's what we liked about them. We've been a client for about two weeks now. They're really good. I have not been disappointed at all.

We used them at night. We were close to having 24 hour coverage. It helped us get rest.

The agency was very helpful. And when the client decided she didn't want a caregiver anymore, the agency referred me to the senior care unit she was transferred to.

When the caregivers get here, they are helpful. However, they haven't been here a lot.
It has been really hard to get good, quality people here. There has been times when we don't get anyone. I understand some of the difficulty comes from COVID.

We had a sitter at first and she quit. They waited until the day of to let me know she wasn't coming and I was late for work until they could find someone. The first two times the new lady was supposed to come, she didn't show up. His social worker was going to try to find someone else.

There have been multiple people, which is frustrating for my father. We've only had a couple that were really great. They should come in and work instead of sitting. Two days ago, the girl came and sat for 25 minutes, then got up and said she wasn't feeling well and left. It's hard to have a positive attitude about Right at Home because this has happened multiple times.
The workers are not professional. They don't want to work. They just sit. We have a new one, and she's already begging for money. My neighbor gave her $20 because the caregiver said she didn't have enough money.

My mother doesn't really do anything. When we first started with them, they would go outside. Now, she doesn't get around and do much anymore. I am satisfied with what they have done for my mother.
I have told several people about them. I don't have to have a contract and I can work the hours how I would like, and I think it's a plus. The people that we have had so far have been wonderful. We have been pleased with the way they have treated her so far.

I'm able to plan my days to do things knowing the sitter will be here, where before, it was all chaos.
I've already been recommending them because the staff is great. I had another company before this and the scheduling was very poor. With this company, there's been somebody here when they said they'd be here and I got a call if they were going to be late.
