My aunt had set care with Visiting Care Giving Services to make sure that there would be somebody available. We got the nurses to come in and help the ladies who were staying with her. I kept them pretty much around the clock. I was really happy with them. They did a great job. My aunt was comfortable with them. She was happy with it; we're happy with it. The nurses did a great job taking care of her. When hospice came in, they told me that they needed to up her medication and that she would be given medication every couple of hours, so I knew that the ladies that were taking care of her could not keep up with that. I called them at 3 p.m. that afternoon and asked them to be there 4 a.m. the next morning. From then on, they were there at 4 a.m. They got there on very short notice and they were there to fill the time that they needed. There was never a question about whether they were going to be there or when they weren't. Also, as far as scheduling and billing, my aunt prepaid an amount and when she passed away and the nursing care was no longer needed, there was a refund that came back to us. My aunt was very happy and very comfortable with them and I worked great with them. If I was in that situation, I would certainly call them again. It was great.

Visiting Care Giving Services are fantastic. We have been using them for less than a month now. They provide 24/7 care for my mom because she is bed bound. They're feeding her, they're giving her sponge bath, and they make sure she is comfortable. She loves them. Since December I have dealt with three other companies and I was extremely disappointed in all three, but Visiting Care Giving Services is the only company that I feel 100% comfortable with.

The care for my parent has been wonderful. The women who come to assist with daily care and meals are qualified and very capable. Most go above and beyond what I would expect. They are friendly and very concerned about the health and well being of my parent - as a friend would be. They give me complete updates on my parent's health, eating and activity. Terrific group!

I have been happy with the caregiving services for my father so far. It has definitely given me piece of mind, when I couldn't be at his house to care for him. They arrived on time and performed all of his needs which include meals, medications, cleaning him up, taking care of his cat, cleaning up, and making sure he was safe. They also regularly update family members by phone and by an internet Family Room. As a nurse, I know how difficult it is to properly care for another person. My Dad even asked when Sophia would be coming back. Thank you!
