Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

If it wasn't for the services. I would probably be in a nursing home. I frankly can't imagine anything worse than that.
When they answer they are both friendly and business-like. They are welcoming.

There have been very few times that they've had to cancel. The services have enabled me to get out on planned occasions.
I would recommend Right at Home because they have been reliable.

It has been a positive experience for him because the caregiver is really receptive to my dad's requests.
I would recommend them because they are responsive to phone calls and are able to assist my dad practically immediately.

The caregiver will make the bed once a week and do the laundry. She is really friendly with my sister, and while she is working, she will visit with her.
I like them because the people are really kind and nice to my sister.

The ladies are good to work with. There are a couple of different caregivers, and they are reliable and on time. They do what I ask them to, and the office ladies are always nice to work with.

They help out a lot to make sure he gets bathed every day since we do the other things needed for my loved one but they always show up on time and make sure he is comfortable.
They provide great care for him and we haven't had any issues with their services so we would recommend them for how reliable they are!

The little bits of manipulation is not good. The do not give their clients reasoning for what they have done. It depends on who is here that is consistent and does what needs to be done.

The personnel I have now assists me with things I can't do - it's general things, nothing in particular. A house cleaner helps me with assorted things like windows and the refrigerator.
Their phone system and accounting systems are a little weak.

I was only satisfied with the black lady who came on a Wednesday. It would have been nice if they just showed up to do their jobs.

One of the things that would be helpful is if they took notes on the individual clients. Instead of doing it all over again.
The way the homecare provider can contact me. I have to be in person to even contact me back. They move things around and just because I leave a note doesn't mean they'll follow up.

The last lady that came out did a great job but she spent a lot of time playing with my cat. They help most by helping me keep my house cleaned up. She did a good job.
