Excellent staff, excellent office support and a strong understanding of what is needed for your loved one.
My caregiver arrives on time, goes above and beyond performing extra little task, which helps during stressful times and makes you feel special, not just a client.
They treat us with care and compassion each day.

The caregivers have been helpful because my mom was so pleased with how much she assisted.
I would recommend Bluebird Homecare more if they could have some better caregivers.

They have made things easier because the whole team is supportive in making sure my mom gets the care she needs.
I would recommend Bluebird Homecare. When I spoke with Layla, I felt that she was caring and knowledgeable. She had done some caregiving before coming to the office. That impressed me.

They did what they actually needed to do and stayed with her.
I liked that I called them as an emergency and needed someone to sit with her at the hospice. I called and someone came out with Voann when she fell.

The caregiver has made a wonderful bond with my mom. She manages my mom as a friend and a team, instead of my mom always being helped.
I like that they have stable care, they are bonded and insured. I like the caregiver who is fitted for my mom.

A couple of them left before they were supposed to. They could have someone check in to make sure they are sticking around.

I acquired them for my father, and he is entering dementia stages. He has no mobility and has a hard time eating, but Bluebird Homecare gives him food and exercise. The dishes are done, and he is able to get dressed in the morning.
They have been accessible and easy to work with.

Anytime there was a problem, they were right there. They are very conscientious of anything that goes wrong and are there to fix it.
I like the manager. She is very very conscientious and hires good people, and she pays attention to your needs. If I have a problem, she's going to fix it.

The care is just for four hours when we are out of town.
They're supposed to write notes on the resident, and I have asked several times for that to be a little more detailed. I wish that they would automatically tell the caregivers to write something at least every few hours.
