My husband currently receives care from FirstLight. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have met every need that he has even though he is a "difficult" client. The caregivers have been professional, reliable, and kind while he is going through his medical emergency. Thank you FirstLight for the excellent care you are giving him and for the respite care you are giving me. Your company is a life saver!

My parents were clients of FirstLight. They lived alone with no family nearby to help them. They were happy with the caregivers they were matched with. FirstLight was also able to provide immediate assistance when there was an unexpected crisis. It was a relief knowing that FirstLight was available to help 24/7. Jacquie and staff were always very professional, reliable and caring. Would highly recommend.

We worked with FirstLight for my mom. They offered all levels of care for her. They helped her shop, they helped her cook, and they helped her clean. They offered companionship and taking her places. It was pretty much whatever my mom needed. The caregivers were all amazing. They're very good. Scheduling and billing was also very good. They're very prompt. They just took the payment directly out of the account but I always got an invoicing of the amount that they had billed and when they were taking it out. It was handled very well.

After being recommended by a close Family member I called FirstLight Homecare to assist with a parent that had recently moved to a nursing care facility suffering from dementia. Mrs. O’Quinn was very patient and emphatic as she walked me through the various options to assist with this transition. We determined that assigning a companion for one on one care was the best course of action. The caregiver was caring and compassionate. My Mom responded well to the special attention and is doing much better. First Light HomeCare is exceptional!

We hired FirstLight HomeCare for my mother. They provide total care for her. We have been using them for about a week now. I felt their approach was more personable and caring. The caregiver is excellent. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. I would currently give them a high rating as far as their initial visit and with regards to the teamwork and comprehensive communication that we do. I also like the fact that everybody is very personable and that it is not just the job. It appears to be that they are very compassionate and really want to make a difference, making sure that everything is done well.

FirstLight HomeCare provides the best care. They do very well. They have good workers that treat the client the best they can. What I like most about the caregivers they send is they are always on time. They are also nice to him. I have been using them for over a year now. I love them.

Firstlight was referred to us by a rehab center. They were very professional. Jacqueline was very efficient. I just like her spirit. They were very compassionate. The young lady who came in to help my husband was very good. I like her service. I only had her for one day because my husband passed away the very day that she came in. She had very good work ethic. She came right in and did whatever I asked her to do. She worked even past the time when she was suppose to stop. She just went ahead and got the job done. She's very caring and compassionate.

Firstlight Homecare's service is extraordinary. It's very personal, very diligent, on time, and they would go out of their way to accommodate me to make sure my needs are met. They're very professional and just all out understanding and sympathetic. They assure me that if I have any problem with any of the caregivers I can call them, and they're available 24/7.

We're happy with Firstlight Homecare services. Tracy is very good with the laundry. She's very efficient. We've been working with them for about three weeks now. They're very nice and they act like we've known each other for a long time. I'm very pleased with them.
