We had no complaint. The communication was excellent. They always on time. I liked how they were nice to my mom. My mom loved them. They called me if there were any issues. They had great communication.

They were unable to schedule the caregivers they promised. They wasted a lot of my time on intake and then were unable to provide the caregivers. And about half of the caregivers were grossly unqualified. The schedulers sucked and communication was terrible. It made the situation worse. It caused a lot of confusion and fear.

I like the caregiver that I have. She is absolutely amazing with me. I cannot stress it enough of how wonderful she is. The services make my life easier because I get help with so many things that I struggle with.

I would recommend this location of BrightStar Care because they are much better than my old location. They are much better at communicating. The services provided by BrightStar Care are very good and make my life better because my substitute caregiver will do anything I ask her to do.

We've had really good service from BrightStar Care. We don't have daily contact with the caregiver, but when she comes, it's a big impact. She cleans, does my loved one's shower, and does the laundry.

When I first contacted the office, BrightStar Care came out and was wonderful. However, I contacted them again and it took a month for someone to come out and help my mom. I called the office to reschedule and it was 3 weeks until they got anyone out there. It was completely unacceptable. I waited to see how long it was going to take, and finally I called the manager wanting to cancel the contract. The office lady didn't call or leave messages, but she told the manager that she had. She lied to me saying I didn't contact them. BrightStar Care was helpful, it was great to have them come in. There was one instance where there was a mix up with the cleaners that come in and deep clean the house since they didn't come one week. One of the caregivers reported us to the county. I thought that was a bit dramatic. The aggravation that I had to deal with far outweighed the benefit of having BrightStar Care.

I would tell a friend that BrightStar Care has great caregivers. The impact is positive by helping beneficially to our needs.

We seemed to get all of the bad caregivers that were there. It was just hard for us. It started out good, but then went to pots. BrightStar Care would keep the caregivers who were padding their hours and who were not trustworthy. These caregivers should not be working at BrightStar Care. It started out great and went downhill from there. It seemed like a job that they just learned as they went along.
