Caregiver staff arrive on time, ready to help in a number of ways. They have helped by doing household chore that I either can’t do or it is ver painful for me to do, such as vacuuming and doing dishes. They’ve also assisted me in some serious decluttering! This includes bagging donations and putting the bags in my car. Caregivers have also assisted me by accompanying me so I could run errands and driving me to medical procedures.
When I’ve needed to be driven to medical appointments a bit outside my usual shift, the agency staff have found caregivers who would adjust their schedule to help me out.
I’ve been very happy with the agency staff and the caregivers I’ve had!

As a newer client, we are very pleased with the caregivers and caregiving from Home Instead and have also been impressed with the support from the care coordinator and administrative staff. And their family online portal has always been up-to-date and helpful. We are using the Home Instead team on White Bear Avenue in Maplewood

When I started looking for home care for my husband with Alzheimer's, I had heard from friends at church that some had personal experiences or relatives that had and that they liked Home Instead. When I called, I told the person answering the phone that I had no idea where to start because this was a new experience for me. Her kindness in directing me to the right staff person was appreciated. Each time since, whenever I have a question, each person I talk to is very helpful. They seem to know all the answers to my questions and are quick to respond with the help I need. Our caregiver is very kind and capable. He does whatever I need to have done for my husband and has a good relationship with him. I am more than satisfied with the care we are receiving after 4 months of service. We will begin using night care in the near future and I expect that to be of the same experienced quality care that we are receiving now.

My dad was in a nursing home at the time just for transitional care and Home Instead came and visited us. Within days, he was able to get matched up with someone. Everything has been exactly what he hoped for. He doesn't need a lot of help at this point, but they are there from 3 to 6 each day. They make him some dinner, make sure that he took his afternoon pills and maybe a little light housekeeping. If he needs a ride somewhere, they'll go with him. I also chose this company because they have more opportunity to add more services if needed especially if his condition gets worse. My dad has been very happy with services he got from Home Instead.

I am a private care nurse assisting in medication management, wound care etc and have had the opportunity to work along side Home Instead Caregivers, a non-medical group assisting seniors in their homes. I have nothing but fabulous things to say about this company. The people they send to homes have always been warm, caring, honest and extremely friendly, always working in a very professional manner. I'm very confident when recommending their services.
