My mother is pretty set in her ways, and her amazing caregiver is very good at cheerfully accommodating her needs. Her caregiver comes in twice a week, mainly for bathing assistance, but it also gives me some much needed time to myself. I feel confident that my mother is in very good hands.

We're currently using Home Instead Senior Care. They're fine. They come in three to five times a week and help my mother with cleaning, cooking, and bathing. They've been very good with scheduling. We chose them because we liked the personality of their representative.

We LOVE Home Instead. This is the second home care agency we have tried, and will be our last. They are extremely accommodating, very good at communicating, easy to get a hold of, and the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. We LOVE LOVE LOVE Denise. My mom is hard to please, and she has gone above and beyond to make her happy. They have alleviated a lot of stress from my life so I can go and enjoy time with my mother rather than worry about what needs to get done.

Everyone I've worked with at Home Instead (Burnsville Office) has been very professional, kind and friendly. They provide excellent service and have been taking wonderful care of my mom for over 2 years now. Their flexibility with changing hours and days is greatly appreciated as my mom's needs shift and change. I can count on Home Instead, giving me the peace of mind to take care of my immediate family and run my company knowing that my mom is well cared for and very happy!

It is a combination of things. It is the friendliness and positive attitude of all the people I have come in contact at Home Instead. That includes the office staff to the personnel that attend to my wife. I am amazed at the skills of the women that attend to my wife. whether it is attending to the many needs of my wife or the cooking of good well well balanced meals etc. Their friendly and positive attitude to my wife has affected her mental outlook. Speaking for myself and my wife - we are extremely pleased with HomeInstead.

My parents lived in a senior living complex. As the aged, it became difficult for them to perform their daily activities there. Their mobility had deteriorated and there was the onset of Alzheimer's. They really liked their apartment. But, as an only child, I became tired and stressed out trying to provide them with groceries, house supplies, cleaning, medical trips. etc. My own family life and job became impacted by all of this. Then, I discovered Home Instead. They took over and provided the daily care that my parents needed. They provided more care for my parents than I could, including companionship. The caregivers were very personable. It actually felt like they were part of the family.
