It relieves me of worry for his daily care.
One thing I like about them is their quality of care to the resident and communication with me as the person who arranges the caregivers.

It helps me to be able to take a break. It helps my husband so he can talk to someone other than me all the time.

It has been overall helpful. I am not really sure but I do need more help in getting organized and light cleaning stuff.
I like the nurse visits and the initiative my aide took to get it organized.

My loved one needs more than one person to move and they provide home care that is essential for my loved one to not go into assisted living.
They show up and they know what they are doing.

They allowed us to have my grandmother at home so she could be with friends and family, so she could be comfortable in her own setting.
I like their demeanor and attitude and how they were with my grandmother.

They are very dependable. People will call in, and if I still want someone to come, they will work to find another one.
They have been really good to us. My husband does not travel, so if I want to go down to Arizona for a week, they are able to get someone in there. They really try to accommodate to us.

Our participants are very grateful for the help that we receive from them. They learn a lot when they are getting care.
They are very nice and reach out to make sure we're getting the services that we need.

I have a very skillful caregiver for home help.
They are very reliable, and the staff is sometimes excellent. Occasionally there is a problem, but they take it seriously.

It's good for her. Mostly, it's meal prep, showers, and companionship.
That they are always available, and they always have someone who can cover. They have good communication, and their website is good. They keep us informed.

Basically, it has allowed me to have some time to get away to do something. I trust that my wife is being taken care of.
They're a smaller company so I think they have more personal attention.

They are in there from 10 at night until 8 in the morning to make sure she doesn't leave and drink. They are there to keep an eye on her and do their job well.

The main issue we had with Promise Care Inc. was with scheduling. I didn't always feel confident that they would have someone for us. However, Promise Care Inc. is really personable. Promise Care Inc.'s services enabled me to continue working. I felt like I was leaving my mom in good hands.

Promise Care is a personable company, they have good resources for different customer needs, and they are professional. Promise Care could have a greater impact on the client's life by sending fewer caregivers, having a greater understanding for who he is, and taking the approach that they aren't babysitting him. He still has intellectual qualities and needs to be engaged.

Promise Care Inc. is the best there is, they provide caring, compassionate, excellent, and efficient services. The services are well run. Promise Care Inc. is available to discuss anything that comes up and make consistent notes for other caregivers and family to view.

The quality of care was excellent. The aides that helped my wife were marvelous, thoughtful and very industrious and compassionate. The work and quality were unsurpassed. Can't say enough good about them.
