Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Right at Home has always provided very good care for my uncle and mother-in-law. My uncle has had in-home support from them for almost 14year; some of the caregivers have worked with him 10+ of these years. Staff are caring, patient and understanding of their needs. Our family will always be grateful for this.

They are excellent. I am happy with the company. They help me most by getting me up and helping with certain things. My house is always tidy and I am never afraid to open the door and have people come. I never have to apologize for stuff lying around or needing to dust.
I would have no problems recommending them. You either like them or you don't and I do like them. I would tell someone else to go to their company.

It is a big relief for me. We had another service that provided a lot, but when I needed them to help with bathing and such, they couldn't. Now, we have someone that comes in and it is a comfort knowing that she has quality care and positive personal interactions. It is a burden off of me.
I like the quality of the person assigned for my mom. It is a real good fit.

Paul and his team of caregivers at Right at Home are top-notch. Over the past three years they cared for our mom as she was struggling with the onset of dementia. The caregivers helped mom with daily meals, doctor appointments, medication reminders, laundry, walks, shopping, and companionship. Our family couldn't have been more pleased with the level of care. Karen, Peggy, Mary, and Diane were incredibly professional and reliable. They always arrived on time, were friendly, compassionate, and genuinely caring people. I'm pretty independent and I can do a lot on my own but the caregiver when she comes is a wonderful companionship and helps me get things organized and helps me clean.

I am pleased with all my all my dealings with Right at Home. Upon meeting my Mom they were able to find some very quickly. Most important was the match. When I call my Mom and she is happy, excited because her care giver has been there tending to her living needs. She tells me she feels care for, protected, looked out for. As her daughter I feel like I made the right decision. It gives me peace and what she deserves.

We hired Right at Home to care for my mother as we were not happy with the care she was receiving from the assisted living facility. My mother was not happy with the idea but was completely charmed by Paul. He introduced each care giver to her to make sure she was comfortable. Each of her caregivers treated my mother with respect and dignity. They took the time to get to know her and became fiercely protective of her. When we could no longer visit her because of COVID 19, they kept us informed of her needs and condition and helped facilitate zoom and Facetime calls with us. As my mother continued to decline, Paul advised us regarding further care options, providing support as we navigated through this difficult process. We trusted Paul and his team completely and believe their care provided comfort and dignity to my mother during her last months.

When they come out to help me, they cut my toe nails, which is really nice. I can't bend over at my hips, so they help me with that.

I liked that whatever I wanted them to do, they did. They helped me the most by cleaning and also took me to get my pills. If I needed something, they were available. It worked out really well.

I can no longer do some of the things that I used to do as far as keeping the place clean, and it has made my life much better.
I like that they sent me someone who is a great housekeeper. Anytime I have had a little problem with someone not working out, they have just taken care of it right away.
