They are the kind of people who are caring and willing to learn.
I like the quality of the people overall. I like the service providers as well as the people in the office.

They mainly made meals for my loved one and took her on lots of walks which she loved doing, but they would do some housekeeping every now and then even though they didn't need to such as vacuuming around.
There were a couple of caregivers that were amazing with her and one that was with her for the entire time, which we all really appreciated, so we would recommend them for the amazing workers and consistent care.

I can leave the house and run errands and not worry about Ken.
The girl we have now is really good with Ken but it took a while to find her through their system. I would like them to improve on scheduling and consistency of caregivers.

She helped me with my husband doing his exercise, and helps me with laundry and vacuuming. She gives me a break.
We were very lucky with the first caregiver, she fit right in with our family.

I have trouble bending down to get anything, so when they come in to vacuum and stuff, that is a big help to me.
I'd recommend them because the girls, when they are steady, learn where things are, and I don't have to explain things every time they come in.

I look forward to Wednesdays because that's when I get my showers. I can do some things for myself, I'm just looking for help with the things I can't do.
I would recommend them. They are a very good company. They should just inform new clients of any cleaning products/supplies that they should have to help the girls.

The caregivers have helped the most by making my dad safe.
When I have to leave, sometimes they are not able to cover the shift that I need. It's not very often, but I would wonder if they could have some more people available to cover the shift. For example, tomorrow they were not able to find someone to cover the entire shift, so I had to ask a friend to cover part of it. They don't have enough available people.

The services made a huge impact. The agency made it a positive experience because I was in such a nightmare situation in an assisted living. My dad was being neglected and abused. I was in a bad spot. We got in touch with Brian, he escalated everything, and I was able to bring him home. It was pretty dire.
I liked that SYNERGY had a communication that was very good between the office and us.

Towards the end of care, the client needed help with bathing and dressing and such and that really made a difference, to have them there for that.
We had a lot of flexibility with schedules and visits.

My late mother was a client for many years with Synergy Homecare. The staff at Synergy were friendly, kind, caring, arrived on time and were respectful to my mom. The agency was responsive to my mom's requests in a timely manner. Synergy responded appropriately with sincere care and respect to my mom and to the caregiver in the rare times a caregiver was not a good fit for my mom. I appreciated how my mom's care was handled as I felt comfort and relief knowing my mom was in good hands with this agency. My mom utilized all the services the agency offers and I would recommend Synergy to provide all the services mentioned on their website. As my mom's health declined, Synergy was right there by her side to help care for her as needed. I recommend Synergy to others who are in need of care themselves or looking for care for their loved ones. Synergy is more than a business. Synergy truly cares about their clients and staff. The agency wants the care they provide to be a positive experience for everyone.

He has chemotherapy and radiation. He still needs tube feedings, and until we are done with that, this is all we can do. He won't be much happier until after that is done.

This one gal that we had was amazing. She brought joy into my father's life. She took some of the burden of keeping the house in his area tidy. She would do things that I didn't even ask to be done. She would just see it and do it.
I think they need to train the aides that come in a little more. They're not there to be a nurse to a client. They are there to help with the whole aspect of the house.

They are coming once a week so far. They do what my mother needs to have done throughout the hours, and it is enough to where it is not overwhelming for her. She looks forward to seeing them, and we will probably use them more in the future.
They are always on time. My mom really likes them, and that is what counts the most. I always know what they are doing, and there are never any questions.

I was really uneasy the first time that I left him, but I thought it was heaven sent and couldn't believe how incredible the care was.
I can't tell you how impressed I have been. When I need extra help, Synergy is the only place I would consider because they are incredible.

They relieved me from doing some chores for my husband, mostly bathing. They also took care of some small household tasks and they kept him in the home.
They were professional and personal. They seemed to care about my husband as a whole. The owner even visited my husband when he was in the hospital, and the caregiver did, too, even though she hadn't worked with my husband for a while.

We really needed someone to come in and help my father with bathing. His condition has progressed, which means that he can't do some things for himself. When my mother or other family members would help him, he would be put off, but they have been very professional and helpful about everything.
They are very friendly and they gave more information than any of the other home health care agencies that we interviewed.

I think that they are so personable and the owner came out and explained everything. It was a really nice, warm feeling. When I'm not home, there's no one to take care of her. So when I leave, it helps tremendously to have someone here to take care of her.

I'm not here when the caregiver comes, but I leave a list, and the caregiver does what I ask. The services help so that my loved one doesn't sit by himself for four or five hours. It breaks up his day for him.

We used them before in my family, and they are flexible and the caregiver that primarily came to the house was very good. They took care of the needs of my mom so that we didn't have to. They did the cooking so we didn't have to stop by every night. They more or less took care of my dad too, because my mom couldn't take care of my dad anymore.

They've been fantastic because of their level of care and interest in the people that they care for. They're very thorough and very positive. I've not run into any problems. The care is on an as-needed basis, and I have nothing negative to say about anyone. When I need to be away for something, like a funeral or wake, they're there when I need them.
