ComForcare is a Non-Medical In Home Care franchise serving the adult and senior population. ComForcare is located in Eagan, MN. There are two additional independently owned ComForcare locations in Minneapolis and Minnetonka.

Provide Activities of daily to include:

• Bathing
• Using toilet and Incontinence
• dressing-grooming
• eating food with assistance
• and transfers and ambulation

Also included are (IADLs) Instrumental Activities of Daily Living including:

• Housekeeping
• Medication reminder
• Shopping-Transportation
• Answering the Phone
• Finances-Meal preparation
• Bath visits
• Home Companions
• RN Case opening assessments
• Transition of Care from Hospitals and rehab centers.

Transportation visits with CNAs driving the client to their doctor and social appointments.(This is only available for those using the Certified Nurse, Bath Visits and/or Home Health programs.)
