The agency could have made my life easier by checking in with my mother a few times.
I liked that this agency explained everything very well to us in the beginning and throughout care.

She was a 90-year-old woman, everything was helpful, and it did benefit her. She wasn't always open to it.
I thought that the support was prompt, and they got people there, so I would recommend them.

I am the caregiver so I am not sure how the caregiver could have a greater impact. I help the client the most by making him breakfast.
I like that they take really good care of my dad.

They are here when I can't be here and I know the client is in good hands.
The owner seemed very responsive and seemed like they wanted to do a good job.

It sure does help me because he needs help with bathing and the shower, lifting, dressing, and all of that. I don't have the greatest back in the world.
I like the owner, who is forthright and caring. When I've had to call him, he's given me the right direction.

The caregiver had to drive me somewhere and just bring me back, the caregiver did her job.
It has been 5 years with them and the person who owns the place is great, he returns phone calls and does what he is supposed to do.

Transportation was a big thing for him. His caregiver would help with cleaning the kitchen (he's partly visually impaired), washed and made his bedsheets, helped navigate the T.V. remote and the phone charger, and took him where he needed to go.
When I spoke with Jerry, he took the time to get to know my dad's needs and customized his care. He committed to following through with it, and they lived up to it. I liked their dependability and their customized plans. The were personal and we were happy with their services.

They were very good for my daily life.
Most of the girls are really good, but one girl was not so great. We disagreed on an event that happened. She never came to my home to help me when she said she would.

If my mom says no the caregiver should find a way to make it happen regardless.
I like that SYNERGY HomeCare are very responsive. We were able to move forward quickly with things I needed.

It was just for such a short time. But maybe they could have had more experience dealing with people with my husbands issues.
I really liked the manager who came out and talked to me. He was very nice and pleasant and professional. He did a good job pairing me up with a well suited person.

They were there for me while I was visiting my child.
The first night, there was one caregiver that spent more time with the employees of my hotel than with me. Other than that, the rest of the time I used them was fine.

Both the owner and caregiver are amazing; as we have been soooooooooooooooooooooo
FORTUNATE to have Synergy come in to our lives and assist with our loved one.
The owner truly listened to our needs and wants and came up with the BEST caregiver in the world for a patient who has memory issues, needs bathing assistance, needs to get to a grocery store and hair salon, etc...
The caregiver has been AMAZING and both she and the company have been flexible, responsive, etc... CANNOT say enough good things!!!

It varies depending on the caregiver. There were two to three caregivers that I didn't like. Now that my loved one is in rehab, there are caregivers that we love. They are trying very hard to give us consistency of caregivers.
It is hard to know who to communicate with. I am not sure what to always do. We are in long term care with my loved one.

My mother has age related dementia and assisted living is cost prohibitive. Synergy HomeCare of Rochester provides caring, professional and affordable in-home care. Our caregiver is compassionate and keeps me informed. An all around excellent company to do business with.

The nurses got along famously with Joe. She helped him more than her job description required and she would call him.

They were fantastic. When other people would come, they would do for whatever we asked. They would even drive her or color her hair if she wanted.
Everyone was very personable. Every single one of them was wonderful and they were very helpful.

I occasionally travel for work, and I'm sometimes gone for several months. As I have no other family in the area I need someone to come by, and help care for my father. Synergy has proven to an excellent choice in helping my father with simple every day tasks, such as cooking dinner, cleaning dishes, light house cleaning, occasional shopping, taking the trash out, and just keeping him company. The caregiver assigned to my father is friendly, and helpful, and I'm glad to have her in the house. The owner Jerry has been attentive to both my father's needs, and mine. I expect to continue using Synergy in the future.
