About This Community
Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

The agency provides help to Mom with things that she cannot completely do on her own. Such as giving her help in taking a shower, going for a walk, going down to play cards, helping her get changed or helping her put on her shoes. There are so many things that they help with there is not enough space to cover it all. The agency is very reactive to our requests, and the relationship between the caregivers in mom is fantastic.

right at home has been great to me. I have been with right at home for almost a year. I get in home service from right at home. The office ladies are always so helpful,respectful and nice when I have questions, they always call back if needed. I love that they come to the house to see how me and my caregiver is doing they truly care about there clients and workers. The office calls monthly to check up on me. My caregiver Nora has been with me since I started getting services from right at home. Nora has been extremely helpful in any way she can, always on time ,always puts a smile on my face. Right at home and my caregiver has been wonderful to me.

Jacob my caregiver is fast efficient and always a pleasure to have around. No matter what it is I need he finds a way to accomplish it. My apartment is more like a home now with his help maintaining the upkeep.

Lindsey G does a little bit of everything, she helps out with our meals from preparing it herself to going to pick it up from a restaurant. She’s always there when we need her, she tries to do a little bit of everything and she’s not afraid to put the work in. We would recommend her to other friends and family but we hope she stays with us for the time being because we love her so much.

That they are always willing to do the best they can for you. They met my needs in personal and home care. They are always on time and ready to do their job. My caregiver Rosalind is the closest I have to an angel on earth. They are amazing at responding and meeting your needs.

Lindsey quickly befriended our mom, and her visits became something mom looked forward to very much. Lindsey prepared, served, and cleaned up dinner for mom, and included her in the process so she felt like they were a team. Lindsey also did small tasks for mom like changing and laundering bed linens, hanging pictures, and tidying up. This was a post surgery service, so not long term- but if and when mom needs more help, we are relieved to know we can count on Right at Home. The signing up process with Hannah and Jennifer was also very easy and well thought out- they came out for a quick meet and greet before we signed up, which really helped mom agree to this service- before this, mom was against having any help. We are so grateful for the patience, kindness and sincerity we experienced every step of the process. Thank you !!!

They always seem to be in a very cheerful mood. I get along fine with them. They're very attentive, very conscientious. I get along great with all of them and they get along great with me. I've been working with Right at Home for over a year now. If there are extras that I ask them to do, they don't hesitate and do it. They're doing a very fine job. I'll give them the highest mark if I could. I have no complaints about them at all. Keep up the good work. You guys are doing a fine job.

RAH was exceptional when my mother needed overnight monitoring following a fall coupled with dementia. Every worker we worked with was professional, friendly, and easy to coordinate with. Hannah and Tiffany, in particular, were awesome! I won't hesitate to contact RAH in the future when my mother needs additional help, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Since coming to Right at Home, I have had two of the finest caregivers I have ever known. I get meals cooked, laundry done, my house cleaned and a lot of good companionship. We also go shopping for various needs. In general, it has made life far simpler for me. You just can't beat Right at Home for top notch home care.

Need adequate daily sheets in room and notebook for caregivers to write on them, so the family can know how the patient was! Caregivers seemed adequate and were on time.

We are working with Right at Home, and we have people coming in to the home where my mother lives. We hired them just by talking to them, the training that the people receive, and they match up with her personality. We've been happy with how things have worked out. We really liked the first person that we had, but we did not feel like she was able to get her do as much as we would like. My mother didn't want anyone helping her, but everything has been fine. We've been using them for two months now.
