Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Having the caregiver come here three times a week makes me feel like I can survive and improves my quality of life.
They sent someone out to interview us, and came out with a caregiver for the first visit to make us feel comfortable. They have just been very, very engaged and responsive to our concerns.

I don't need a lot of care. I need a driver for appointments and errands. I can fix my own lunch.
I've got one caregiver who is nice, she does whatever I ask her to do, but she has a very heavy accent. I have a hard time understanding her, but we get along. That's the only problem I have.

For me, just being able to go and get things done without having to worry about if my dad is being taken care of.
In the past they had problems with the caretakers changing schedules a lot, but they fixed that, and they take care of their problems quickly.

The caregivers were there to assist the client with toileting and getting responses from caregivers at the nursing home.
I liked that the community coordinators were very responsive and willing to meet with my mom and the staff of the nursing home she was in. They did that very quickly and got a schedule together for companions to show up very quickly.

Right At Home provided wonderful care for my mother in her time of need when we were unable to be there.
Stephanie was attentive, and able to assess my mother's needs quickly. Right at Home provided a caregiver who assisted her with doctors appointments, meal prep and light housekeeping.

I don't have anything to compare it to, but the caregiver was fine.
There isn't a set schedule of what the caregiver should be doing, and so she came in and ate lunch for half an hour while we were paying her.

I would like an option to see a description and qualifications of the caregiver they are sending over. I would also like a list of services the individual caregiver does and don't provide.

The communication was helpful. If somebody could not come, they would send somebody else. They had substitutes readily available and they were flexible with that. I am a half-hour away and. I got a lot fewer calls in the middle of the night.
I like that they have very good communication. I really appreciated all of their help. I felt like they became part of the family.

George is pretty self reliant, but the gentleman has taken him out as a friend. George has a mental disability, has had many heart surgeries, and more and the gentleman is very understanding and encouraging.
They stay in touch and fix the problems we have. The gentleman that comes works so well with my husband emotionally.

They have like 25 things they are supposed to do every day, and they only do about 1. They need to do what they say they are going to do. They need to follow their own directions.
