Fresh Perspective Home Care provides affordable and flexible home care services to seniors, those recovering from surgery, expectant and new mothers, disabled veterans, and anyone else throughout Southwest Michigan who may just need a helping hand. We also provide services to those residing in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Our services and programs attend to individuals afflicted not only with aging illnesses such as Alzheimer's and dementia, but hearing loss, aphasia, and more.

They could have direct communication with the care provider via text and phone call. They have kept in good contact through e-mail and text.
They have consistent coverage and always make sure someone is there.

They need to listen better. They need to get workers who will actually work, not just complain about me or be on their phone.
So far, I've been disappointed with my caregivers.

It has definitely improved my life by helping me with grocery shopping and housework due to being visually impaired. It's even sometimes fun to go out shopping with them.
The staff is very friendly, and I haven't had any problems with anyone, so I would recommend them.

They are doing good overall and have helped the most by being consistent with a high quality of care.
I would recommend them more if they made the time scheduling better by offering evening hours.

Fresh Perspective Home Care are reliable and if someone cannot make it they will fill the spot with another caregiver else.
I do not have anything to compare Fresh Perspective Home Care to, and I haven't had too many challenges with them.

Having the agency around is helpful because they help with laundry, food preparation, and lots more.
I would recommend the agency because they are perfect. They are on time and do their jobs.

I have had multiple caregivers come from the agency and they've all been great.
I've really liked the agency so far. They've done all that I've needed.

They found a really super gal that comes 95 percent of the time.
They do all the checking on a person so I don't have to do the background checks.

The good caregivers make things very easy, but things get harder with the other caregivers. They should dust more, clean up clutter, etc. There is no initiative from some of the caregivers.
The client has had a handful of different caregivers since starting, some have been doozies.

They should train in the bath area more than they have been.

She does everything in the house. She does everything to help me. She is always right there at a moments notice. She does everything we ask her to and sometimes we don't have to ask her to and she does it.
I would not be with them if I did not like them.

The caregivers are young and have no life experience. They are not able to connect with my wife due to the age difference.

They were kind to my mother. They reminded her of medications. They combed her hair and cleaned her up. They prepared meals.
I liked all the individuals who came to work with my mother. They were extremely high quality individuals.

When they come, they ask me what needs to be done and they do it. Some of them that come just see what needs to be done and just do it.
The girls are awesome. They take really good care of me and my apartment and they're good companions as well. I can talk to them about anything and they understand.

They work with my aunt and she seems to be happy with the caregiver they provided for her.

I know with HIPPA laws it is difficult, but at times I need an advocate. When you get up to my age people will not listen to you and what you say. It would help to have an advocate.
The particular caregiver they are sending is a good match for me.

It depends on the caregiver. Some of them I would recommend and others I would not. They could change certain management. They have some bad managers.

They are just wonderful in the care. They do whatever I want done. The caregivers themselves are great people.
Their scheduling is horrible, they never have enough help. They don't have any communication with the caregiver and me.

The caregiver just loves my husband. I think I have an abnormally good caregiver right now.
I think they are pretty pricey, but I know that it isn't always possible. They might want to think about investing more into their employees and less into the company, especially now.

We usually have the same caregiver, but sometimes they send us a sub and that makes it hard for him.

I am able to do a lot more things with the help of the caregivers, things that normally I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.

The aid is so good at what she does and integrating herself with our mother. She does her best to get along with my mother and has done a fine job. Working with her and talking to her and listening to her.
