Executive Care was hired to provide aide 4 hours a day, Monday thru Friday, for my mother who has mid-stage Alzheimer's. Services began in June 2017. We created a manual of instructions regarding her care including to feed her lunch daily. The aides were not experienced with Alzheimer's patients. They spent majority of their time sitting on the end of the couch on their cell phones. They had no idea how to engage in conversation or engage in activities with my mother. On numerous occasions the aides just did not show up and the office did not call to inform us. Leaving my mother alone with no care in which case I had to find other provisions. The only way I knew this was happening was due to my daily monitoring of the NEST cameras that were installed. I did this from Texas. My sister, who works full time and lives in the house with my mother, had to ask her employer to go home from work on many occasions due to Executive Cares lack of professionalism. I recently quit my job and moved my mother down to Texas with me because we are unable to provide her with care in her own home. This is all disappointing and I would not recommend Executive Care to any friends or family.

I am a current client of Executive Care and they have been so helpful. I fell and broke my hip, after rehab everyone wanted me to go to an assisted living, but I wanted to stay in my home. I have been able to do this with Executive Care. They have worked with me and helped with my physical therapy, doctor appointments, and make sure I am taken care of in my home, meals, remind me to take my medicine, help with taking a shower, dressing and anything else I need. i am very happy with their services and will continue to recommend them to my friends.

My wife is currently being taken care of by Executive Care. She has cancer and has gone through several treatments of chemo. She needs assistance with showers, meals getting dressed when she feels weak, and making sure she takes all her medication. We have been grateful to have a qualified caregiver that understands and has the compassion to take care of her. I would recommend Executive Care to anyone they have been the best help in getting us through these tough times.

I used Executive Care for cooking services and light housekeeping services. The first two people they sent to my house, were not exactly good cooks and it took them a while to clean for me. So at first I was discouraged. They have an office person that really went above and beyond to help me and to make sure that I was satisfied. She found me a really good aide that could cook and clean like there's no tomorrow! I really appreciated the fact that no matter how difficult I was or how honest I was, that they gracefully and professionally helped to provide me with exactly what I was looking for. That is what you call dedication and hard work!

I was looking for a company who could come out once a week to assist me with taking care of my mother while I was occupied with my job. I just needed someone for 2 hours. I searched and searched for so many companies, no one accepted two hours, it was all 4 hours and up. Executive Care was a blessing for me as they accepted me although I only needed 2 hours once a week. I cannot afford a lot of care and my mom is not able to either. For the fact that Executive Care was able to work with me and my mother and offer us a customized package plan that worked well with our budget, says it all about this company

Hands down, the absolute best home care company that I have had. I went through 4 others, prior to going with Executive Care and I wish I would have found them sooner, but at least now I know -- I won't ever be in search for a new company ever again! I consider Executive Care my family!

I hired Executive Care to take care of my mother who is a recent Traumatic Brain Injury survivor. During the most horrific times of our lives, we really needed some help and Executive Care was not only able to provide us with help, but they provided us with a Caregiver that was super compassionate and had previous experience with TBI patients. Our educated caregiver shared some knowledge with my family and I that gave us so much hope through my mothers recovery process! Also, whenever I had needed assistance with anything, the office was available 24/7 to help in any way they could. The owners were very hands on as well, managing each case making sure everything ran smoothly which I also appreciated. Overall, I would recommend for any one to use this company!

Executive Care has really helped me out with my Dad who is sick with Dementia. I needed help, I was not sure how to get it or what to expect. Executive Care walked me through the process, provided a wonderful Certified Nursing Assistant, who is managed by a Registered Nurse. I was so happy and relieved that my Dad is so well taken care of I don't have to worry. I highly recommend this company.
