They have great caregivers.. They just meet our needs.

They helped when something needed to be adjusted for rides and mileage. They need to improve their communication.

Asona Home Health provided in home care for my mom during the past 2 yrs. As her medical conditions worsened & dementia set in they were invaluable. Wonderful care companions & a devoted nurse on staff. My mother passed in July & up until that time they provided 10 hr a day service at her home.

They are here for me and they do what they need to do as a caregiver. I love the caregiver that they sent to me.

My mom has had care from Asona for the past 31/2 years. She has Dementia. She has had the same caregiver for most of that time. When there is an issue they are very responsive and try to correct it as quickly as possible. My mom fired several caregivers, they were very helpful in trying to find someone that fit. Her caregiver is excellent. She did many things for my mom, that she couldn't do. Shopping, making sure she took her meds. Made sure she ate , by preparing her dinner. She would put puzzles together and play games with her. She would keep me updated on with what was going on, and work with me to solve the problem. The nurse came once a month to set up her medications, and solve any problems. She was very accurate and caring. There were times when the caregiver ran late, but she tried to correct this. Any issues with the care of my mom, or billing statements, they listened to me. We were able to resolve the issues together

They have helped me the most by helping me get things done that I couldn't do on my own. I like that they get me someone that I like and they have kept that person with me.

She takes care of the problem with my leg. She is very careful and considerate. My nurse is very good.
