HomeInstead matched the perfect caregiver to my Mom. The caregiver prepared meal, light house cleaning, did my Moms laundry and provided wonderful companionship to my Mom. My Mom moved out of the area and we were so sad we couldn't take our caregiver with us!! She became part of our family.

They really try to match up a caregiver that’s compatible with your loved one. We’ve been very satisfied with the Communication. Our mom has 24 hour care seven days a week. This service makes it possible for her to stay in her home.

My dad past away a few months ago and my mom wanted to stay in her home. We interviewed a few companies and Home Instead Senior Care was by far the most impressive company. The Care Givers my mother has coming into the home have helped her keep her independence. She’s been very happy with their service.

I have used Home Instead for my mom's care for over 10 years. They have always been reliable, compassionate, and very accommodating when schedule changes were requested. Mom loves her caregiver like a second daughter.

Home Instead Senior Care took care of my dad. Could not have been more impressed with there professionalism and the love they showed him. They have a nurse on staff who came out when he was put on Hospice to be sure their team was giving the best care possible. Great People.

The care of my sister by the folks at Home Instead was superb. They are very communicative, and work well with not only the patient, but the family. I highly recommend this group of people who are dedicated to excellence.

We had a number of agencies in to help. What I liked about this agency is they do such a good job of matching the caregivers to the person. Also,if a caregiver can't come as a result of an emergency, someone else is available to take over if need be. They go out of their way to make life as nice as possible for client and family.

Every time I've had to call, they have been prompt. Their service is excellent. The caregiver who comes out and takes care of my mother seems to really care about her. That pleases me.

The two caregivers for my mother are reliable and caring. One takes her to appointments and the other takes her to the hairdresser. They treat her as though she is their own mother. She loves them for it.

Each staff member that I have dealt with has been caring, polite and professional. Denise, especially, is an all around winner. She watches me and is not afraid to correct me in a meaningful way. She has almost become a friend. Keep up the good work.

Honestly, the quality of life that the caregivers have brought has been amazing. The caregivers have improved the quality in her life. I really believe that the caregivers have extended her life.

Although I only used Home Instead for respite purposes with my Father, they always went above and beyond what I would have ever expected from an In-Home Care company. In a world where you are constantly flooded with Elder Abuse horror stories, it's nice to know that there are people you can rely on during what can be some of the most difficult periods of Adult life. Unfortunately, we lost my Father this past June, but when I'm asked who I would suggest when approached by friends or co-workers faced with the daunting task of finding help for Mom or Dad, it's always Home Instead.

My parents both needed care due to age and illness. We had a wonderful experience with care givers. They were very responsive to my parents needs. Especially my father, who, at age 95, was difficult at times. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Instead as a care provider.

The caregivers were wonderful to my in-laws. Their visit was the highlight of my mother-in-law's week when she was the primary caregiver for a rather difficult patient. The caregivers were so thoughtful. We received many cards and notes from them after my father-in-law's death.
