Do not use this organization! Constant staff turn over, unreliable care, incompetent office staff and management. When there is a problem with coverage ; management spends too much time " covering" for themselves and the aides. The issues are never "their" fault. Avoid at all cost!

I had 3 different people from Visiting Angels for 3 days. I asked for someone who was going to be there in taking care of my mother to just come and watch me, and we would pay for that. They had to do nothing, and that person came, did nothing and was asked by both myself and my mother if she was going to be the one taking care of my mother for the rest of the dedicated time that I had requested because I was leaving out of town, but that person never showed up again. A new person came so Mom didn't bother to go through and explain what were supposed to be done, and Mom ended up with nothing, except somebody coming to the front door and standing there, with Mom trying to figure out what's going on. The third day, a third person showed up. I was in Florida and not able to contact anybody because it was a Sunday. She ended up getting my brother, and he fired everybody saying not to come back and to leave. It was not a very great caring situation which is what they were supposed to do. The third person who came couldn't speak English. I am upset because I am not getting compensated in any way. I just wanted somebody 3 days a week, and it could have been worked out. The manager ended up calling me on Monday and said that sometimes it takes a while. They should have told me right from the get go that they were 3 different people because the first person who came to watch me do the work knew she had other customers and that she wouldn't be back, but she lied to me and said she would be the one there. She wasn't going to return until the following week. They were absolutely no help. I don't think they wanted to admit anything except when the manager said that it takes a while to get somebody on a regular basis and get them in to the program. Because of that experience, I couldn't talk my mother into going with anyone else. They've ruined it.

The most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. They bill us late & every other week a new stranger is in our home caring for my loved one. For $20/hour I really expected more from this company. The one caregiver that does actually come on a somewhat regular basis takes 4+ smoke breaks in the 2 hours she is here, breaks things & instead of telling us she just hides them, and will be on her phone while the person she is supposed to be caring for is wandering and getting into things. Absolutely do not recommend. Also had a caregiver come in my house and scream bloody murder because she is scared of dogs. Unbelievable.

Our in home care provider for my husband is Visiting Angels for my husband. They have certified nurses who know how to care for and treat patients. They know what to do. I am pleased with the service. I need someone who knows how to suction and know how to put him in a minilator. The caregiver, her name is Tanya, is very good. She's excellent actually. She's very professional. Her attitude is really good. She cares for him the way I would. She really pays attention. She listens very well and my husband is comfortable.

Visiting Angels have been absolutely great so far. They are wonderful. They would go way above and beyond what they need to do. We've been working with them for about a month now. They're very caring, compassionate. They've been great.

They also provide a professional team of trained and skilled health care professionals for their clients; Nurses, CENA’s, Therapists, Physicians and various other supportive services and assistance. Their trained and skilled licensed professional nurses assesses their clients needs and create a plan of care that is tailor fitted for each and every individuals needs as PRN. They evaluate their patients conditions on a continuing basis to ensure that their patients care plans continue to be tailor fitted for them. They also encourage their patients to be independent at their most maximum levels that are possible for them. They also offer their clients a 24/7 calling schedule for emergency situations that may occur. They provide 24/7 calling numbers for their patience convenience and to handle any of their patients after hours concerns for their clients that may arise. They also provide live in services to their clients as well. Overall I would have to rank Visiting Angels on a five stars rating for their excellence and expertise in home care to their clients.
