My loved one has a brain tumor, and she can't even move without help. The normal bodily functions cannot be accomplished without the assistance of Lifematters.
They have a strong administrative structure.

They need to improve the communication between the supervisor of the caregivers and the clients. They have three specific caregivers for Diane that help make her life easier and help extend her life in an excellent way.

I would recommend Lifematters because we have had the same caregiver for 10 years, and they have been an enormous help. Lifematters makes life easier because their caregiver has been here for 10 years, and has helped with home health care to wound care for my grandma. I wouldn't be able to care for her without them.

Lifematters had great people who had been attending to my loved one's needs, were very personable and attentive, and formed a good relationship with her in a very short amount of time. Lifematters was there to make sure that my mother didn't fall, until she was able to recover.

The caregivers that Lifematters sends are always caring and they get along with my mom. I actually have recommended them to a number of people and would continue to do so. I really am impressed with this agency and I think it's the best in this area. Lifematters is wonderful! They can take my mom out shopping which gives her a feeling of independence. It's nice that she has another person who is checking up on her too.

I have been very pleased with Lifematters service. We have had very good coverage and for the most part, the team we have right now is wonderful and devoted to my mother and very reliable. If there is a scheduling conflict Lifematters steps in and makes sure that we are covered. It is a huge relief for me to know to know that my mother is taken care of. I have this team and all of their phone numbers and I get really good feedback and we communicate together about my mother's care. She does not live with me anymore.

Lifematters has good supervision, good quality of care, and the people who schedule are conscientious and follow up. There has been definite improvement and Lifematters has helped my dad who was primary caregiver before.

I have been happy with the services from Lifematters because they seem to do a good job, and the office staff member I contact with issues or questions has been very forthright. If I have any kind of a problem they seem to be able to solve it. I get a better night's sleep knowing that when my husband wakes up and tries to get up in the night, someone from Lifematters is there to help him.

I would tell a friend that we used Lifematters for a while now and we've generally been happy with them. There have been a couple of glitches but overall, they have been good. Lifematters has made my life easier because I know there is someone to turn to if there is any interruption or disruption. I like being able to count on someone when we need them.

Lifematters is really terrific, when any issues come up it is always resolved with ease. They're very flexible with schedule changes. Lifematters makes a better quality life for James, Regina does a nice job of keeping the bathrooms clean, keeps the laundry done, and vacuums the floors.

Lifematters would be a good company to hire because they are very reliable, they communicate well, and they send quality caregivers. The services make the client's life easier because she couldn't have been released from the hospital if she didn't have the caregivers. The caregivers have worked with her and she has gotten better. They are able to execute doctor's orders which change regularly.

Lifematters sends out very good, and knowledgeable caregivers. They send other people out as needed such as a nurse if there is an issue. The nurse is very professional and helps the caregivers as needed. I have never had a problem getting a hold of Lifematters and never had a problem getting a substitute caregiver. I would not have a life at all if it were not for Lifematters. As the years have gone by with my mother-in-law, she has required more and more assistance.

We've had two big problems with Lifematters. They were fairly restrictive in terms of what they could do for my mom. We also had many problems with billing my mother's insurance properly. Lifematters was able help my mom get around to the bathroom which was very helpful because of her dizziness.

Lifematters was very professional and responsive. We never had a problem getting care. All the caregivers were great. When we didn't get along with the caregiver, the office was responsive to changes. We didn't have to worry. I couldn't do the care that the client needed. Lifematters allowed her to stay home.

It all depends on the caregiver from Lifematters, but overall, it takes a lot of pressure off of me to have someone caring for my mom. The services from Lifematters give me a chance to have a life.

Lifematters had regular visits with nurses. If we didn't like a caregiver, Lifematters would replace them and would find the perfect caregiver. If there was an incident, Lifematters would call promptly.

The caregivers from Lifematters are friendly and compassionate. The caregivers from Lifematters take my husband for a walk and help him with his compression stockings. While the caregivers are with my husband, I have some time to do my own exercises.

We haven't had much luck with the caregivers yet, but the management at Lifematters has been working with us. I'm not dissatisfied with Lifematters and would recommend the management. Things have been stressful, but Lifematters has worked with us to replace caregivers.

If you want to risk your medical safety with CNAs who do not follow instructions including giving medications inaccurately and inappropriately be sure to use Life Matters. They arrogantly make their own rules. Administrative staff act as if their life matters more than the clients by covering for what they consider top notch caregivers. Beware, be careful, be diligent with following up on your loved ones' care.
