We were referred to Assured by a close family friend a few years ago for home care for my mother who has early onset dimentia. Carla was our first point of contact and was amazing from day one. She took the time to speak with me on the phone at length even before our first face to face meeting and her compassion and understanding of our situation was something I will always remember. She provided us with skilled in home care givers that were so patient and good with my mom and gave my dad a sense of relief for the first time that my mom would be fine if he needed to leave for pockets of time. I have continued to refer good friends to Carla and Assured when they have in home care needs for their own family members and I have always heard positive responses. They are the only in home care provider I would trust to use or recommend.

My husband Richard was recovering from broken ribs and a fall. We received the most amazing caregiver from Assured!
Manuel was so helpful with my husbands recovery helping him at night was an even bigger help For me.
Carla the manager was also very helpful with making lots of recommendations for my husbands safety etc.

Assured Home Care goes out of their way to ensure mom is satisfied and happy. Dan the caregiver is very polite, walks mom's dog and goes far above and beyond. I am most impressed when a new character has to fill in, the agency will call ahead of time, they call while the caregiver is attending to check on mom and even follow up after the visit. They have your interest at the heart of the agency.

Excellent agency, they are always accessible, and and always seem to have an aide. My roommates aide is very reliable, always on time and knows what she's doing. They are very dependable and and I am glad we are with them. I highly recommend the agency.

Individual comes first for this organization; they are accessible 24 hours, 7 days a week. They have flexible hours tailored specifically to your needs and you get to talk to the same person all the time. They resolve issues with lightning speed. I love my agency and my caregiver.

I have been a client of AHS now known as Assured Home Care for about 2years now. I have a 24 hour live-in aide who takes care of me due to my suffering a stroke. I love my aide and would not trade her for anything. I highly recommend this agency, they listen and really care about their clients well being. I have not been without an aide, if my aide needs a day or two off i am always covered. I am not a trusting person but i truly trust this agency.
