Some caregivers are really good but do not stick around and some are really not a good fit. They really need to find a way to have continuity. The problem is that the people who have done a good job are outweighed by the bad caregivers. They need to work on having continuity with the caregivers. We really need consistent caregivers because it's so important for us.
