Premium Quality Services LLC is devoted to assisting individuals and /or families remain in their own homes functioning at their best level during periods of physical, emotional, mental and/or social crisis. Clients are assured that they will receive care of the highest quality in our agency's stated and approved policies. Service will be provided in a timely manner in accordance with physician's orders that will define an individualized Plan of Care specifying the type, frequency and duration of services(s).

Premium Quality Services LLC respects the rights outlined in the agency's "Client's Right and Responsibilities". A written copy of these Rights and Responsibilities will be provided to each client and the same will be discussed with them and their relatives.
