Wow! The caretakers from Nest have exceeded our expectations! They are warm, skilled, engaging and experts at helping care for our family member with dementia while preserving her dignity. Our hours are sometimes unpredictable and Nest works diligently to always have a skilled provider for us. they manage to keep our pool of providers small so our family member has some familiarity with them. They are attentive and will text me throughout to let me know how things are going. Nest Care is a superior caregiving company that I would recommend to anyone in need of professional caregiving services for a loved one. We have been working with Nest Care for the past 7 months. My husband is currently a patient in long term nursing facility in MD. He is a quadriplegic. Ms. Icey and Ms. Kat is extremely professional and personal to our situation. They contact me personally to keep me updated on the caregivers schedules, any change in the schedule or any challenges the caregivers have working with my husband. The caregivers arrive on time. They get their bi-weekly Covid tests and results back within the time frame without interrupting my husband's schedule. The caregivers contact me personally if they have any concerns or if my husband has any personal needs. I can contact them if I need them to do something concerning my husband. The caregivers service my husband in many different ways: sponge baths, shaving, exercises his limbs, feed him, brushing his teeth, personal care, cutting his fingernails, rub creams/lotions on his skin, etc. They will do whatever is asked of them. The supervisors and caregivers are very quick to meet any need I request. Ms. Icey contacts me often just to check in to see how the caregivers are doing with my husband and if my husband and I are satisfied. I have been a client of Nest and Care for two years within which I had care levels equal to my changing physical ability. Many times, some of the caregivers whom I previously had were reassigned to me, making it easier to establish a continuity of care, based on the knowledge and experience of those familiar with my condition. Contracted with Nest and Care to provide in home nursing support for an elderly mother who was moved home out of a LTC facility during the Covid crisis and I couldn't recommend them more highly. Highly responsive and flexible while providing competent and professional in home care.

Nest and Care was recommended to help me find a caregiver for my sister who had just survived Covid-19. Within a few days after my sister returned to the nursing home Kat had found a caregiver to work with my sister who was very weak and needs help with basic needs such as feeding. Kat had inquired me thoroughly about my sister's conditions, her needs in order to find an appropriate person to work with my sister. Nest and Care staff as well as the caregivers are always friendly, caring and attentive. They keep me informed regularly about my sister's progresses, needs, facilitating phone calls and facetime with my family. They perform their tasks in a professional manner and caring. The company provides excellent help, always on time, personable, very conscientious & happy to perform any task that needs to be accomplished. Kat & her staff are always checking in to make sure your needs are being met. I can attend to my personal needs but daily Household chores are too difficult for me to perform physically. Kat has always been available and responsive to our needs. We selected Nest & Care after hearing Kat make a presentation at our local chapter of the Stroke Association. She worked with us in the selection of a caregiver and arranging a schedule that worked with our long term care policy. Our caregiver is like a member of our family and works with our physical therapist in exercises and provides a well prepared and healthy meal. He is punctual and dependable.
