I don't have to worry about coverage and they are on top of it and know what is going on with my mom. They provide Uber and set it up, and if I have an issue I speak with the person in charge of my mom's case and he is amazing. The communication is good.
I like they are knowledgeable about my mom and always make sure she has coverage no matter what happens. They provide transportation.

I only use them once a week, but it allows me to get out and run my errands. It gives me a peace of mind to know she is well taken care of.
I found them online for Donna's needs. The nurse treats her as a person and not as a patient. She is pleasant and treats her needs.

We could not have functioned without them. They helped most by taking care of my mother. They took very good care of my mother. They were really terrific.
The follow-up from the agency was excellent and the assessment of my mother's needs before sending someone out was very good. They were quick to send someone out if something changed or if we needed anything.

The caregiver is here from 8-1 and she is very good. I don't have to worry about my husband while she is here. She takes over and helps him very well.
I just feel confident in talking with them. The caregiver who is with my husband is very good and we are happy with her.

If your loved one needs anything more than basic companion care, medicine reminders, meals don't choose them. Ever rotating caregivers who are not trained to deal with more serious health issues especially dementia. They promote patient portals but caregivers don't utilize and general communication from the office is lacking. Patient hygiene lacking; Emergencies are not reported immediately to family members.

They provide my loved one meals and keep her company. It allows myself and my sister to have free time.
I like that they provide quality services, and we had a good initial interview when they came out. The nurse gives my mother quality care.

I would like for them to improve by not having no turn over. We have gone through a lot of caregivers, and it's hard.

They are very, very patient. I like the way they help him with everything. They make sure he gets his lunch on time. I can go downstairs and do what I need to do.
I like it because any time I have a problem, they are always available to help me. So far, I haven't had any problem.

My caregiver cooked meals and drove me to the doctor because I couldn't do those things for myself.
As soon as I came home from rehab I had a caregiver ready to help. They accommodated my needs.

We are currently using Advanced Nursing and Home Support. They’re a little pricey but very good and really responsive. I’ve been using them for six months now for my mom. The management is great.

Jenna from AHS was professional, friendly and always responded to my calls/emails on a timely basis. . My mom's caregivers were punctual and responded to my mom's needs always with a smile on their faces.

I know and see often the excellent team who runs the support system. These ladies have been wonderful - Julie, Jenna, Koleta and the very pleasant office manager. AHS carefully select ladies who help the clients.

We are currently using this service for my father. We are very pleased with the professional way we are being treated. The office staff as well as the caregivers are very kind and caring. If we were not pleased with a caregiver and let the office know, they were very understanding and sent replacement. We are extremely pleased with the current caregiver"Jane" and appreciate help from her.

Advance Nursing and Home Support have great care providers and the staff is great. We have been with that agency since August of 2009 and currently still receiving care.
