I like that I have someone here with me.
The caregiver cannot take me anywhere other than dialysis. While she is sitting waiting for me, I would like her to do a little shopping for me.

The people they have coming to help are very good.

They set up everything and we have had them come in and check in to see how things are going.
The lady comes in and she does what we have been doing and if there is something else.

What has helped the most is having a good caregiver.
If they get a good caregiver, they do a great job. I am still wondering if they give a lower rater for when you go on vacation or other perks.

My father is really self-sustaining aside from toilet care, so for the amount of time they are not working constantly.
I like the flexibility that they give, with dropping or adding days.

It was nice to have somebody come in and help the clients without me being on call 24/7. Without the services it would have taken my mother longer to get better.
I liked the idea that there was someone to help and care for the client.

They wash my clothes and do light housekeeping.
They are prompt, on time, and willing to do what you need them to do.

It helped us out a lot to where we didn't have to be there 24/7. It took a lot of stress off of the family.
They could give the caregivers more experience or hands-on training. Other than that, the care was fine.

It means I can go to the store without having to worry.
They're very reliable. I'm very happy. I'm very comfortable. They can send the same person, that's really important to me. With dementia, you don't want change. Other agencies couldn't guarantee the same person and this has been good.

I'm pretty functional. They are basically a companion. It is nice to have someone to talk to during the day while my wife is out.
I would like the communication improved. The people who have been here have been very friendly and competent. Communication with the management is a little lacking.

Sometimes my mother can be hard to get on board with things, but I like that my mom likes her caregiver.

Most of the time they are good people. They do laundry and cooking.
They will come in and help with whatever I need.

It definitely seems like my mom should not be driving anymore so it gives her the ability to get out more and it gives her more structure to her week.
