Son of an amazing father

Organization was very responsive. We had 24-hour care and our regular caregivers were usually outstanding. When there was someone who wasn't a match for my father or who just wasn't up to our standards, we could always request (and get) a change. Our caregivers became family. My only concerns were that it was expensive (but Dad was certainly worth it as was our peace-of-mind) and I don't think the expense trickled down sufficiently to our caregivers.

Caregivers fail to show up, without any notice. Why am I paying exorbitant prices when I have to care for my own parent This place is awful. At least call me, you are supposed to be managing your employees.

We currently have Family & Nursing Care, Inc. for my father. They help him with showering, getting his breakfast and lunch, help him with dressing, and provide companionship. The caregiver I have now is very good, very caring, very responsible, and responsive. They have a hotline you can call any time, and somebody will get back to you. I'm absolutely satisfied with them.

This agency offered our family incredibly responsive, responsible support in dealing with end-of-life care for our mother. The care-givers exceeded expectations, and provided loving companionship and careful medical attention. I recommend this agency enthusiastically and without reservation. My mother was living alone and independently and lived out of state. We could not have managed the last few months of her illness with their superb assistance.

Family and Nursing care are OK, and they have a variety of qualified people; we have been using them for two months now. It's a pretty good experience, and the caregivers are fine. My sister doesn't have any discomfort about the management and billing as she does that aspect.
