I reached out to Denise when my mother broke her hip. I got a very quick response and immediately felt at ease about my mother’s post rehab care. My mother loved Denise and her team and they made her recovery so much easier. It’s hard when something happens to your parent when you aren’t local and Extended Family of Lowell gave me the peace of mind that I so desperately needed.

Denise and her staff are a gift from above. Denise goes above and beyond for all her clients and views them as family. I watch the way Denise and her staff spend time with my mom and help her with anything she needs. This allows me to recharge anf do what I need to do knowing mom is in great hands. They communicate wonderfully keeping me updated on anything I need to know. They are always on time and they make themselves available. I would recommend extended family of lowell to anyone who is in need of help caring for a loved one.

I hired Extended Family of Lowell to transport me from the hospital and take care of me for the day after surgery, and they get my absolute highest praise. Denise surpassed my expectations from the very beginning, greeting me at the hospital with a warm welcome and a private driver. She was more than happy to do anything I asked, and went out of her way to be helpful even when I did not ask. She is a very kind person and a pleasure to be around, and all at a very fair price. I recommend Denise and Extended Family 100%.

Denise is a very skilled healthcare professional. She helped my family when my mother was at the end of life. Without her, I don’t know what we would have done. She was able to navigate us through such a uncomfortable time with compassion, patience and respect. We consider her a part of our family now.

Having a family member diagnose with ALS was the hardest thing we had ever endured. Knowing we found the perfect fit to help us through this difficult time was a blessing.At home care was amazing. Always going above and beyond to make sure he was comforable and well taken care of. Became more so a part of the family. We are extremely grateful for the patience and compassion we were shown.

Denise at Extended Family of Lowell provided outstanding care and companionship to my father and our entire family. She is skilled at transfers (from sitting to standing or to bed), cueing patients with mobility issues, physical therapy reminders and assistance, medication reminders, and meal prep. More than that, she became a trusted confidant for my Dad. We had many caregivers, but Denise was the one who went above and beyond to help us during a very difficult time.
