Home Helpers has made my life a lot easier in taking care of an elderly parent. The staff there is outstanding. Everyone I've worked with there is very kind, professional and experienced in taking care of the aged. I am very thankful that they exist.

I was quite overwhelmed with caring for my disabled husband when I first called Home Helpers. The social worker at our local Council on Aging referred me to the company. The owner, Denise R, was so kind and gave us such helpful advice. For almost two years, I relied on Denise and her wonderful office staff and carefully selected care-givers to assist me in providing 24/7 care for my husband until he passed away. Home Helpers truly cares about their patients and their families. They are very reliable and immediately responsive to any issue that may arise. I highly recommend Denise and her company.

How can I put into the words the gratitude and appreciation I have for the entire staff at Home Helpers? It is nearly impossible! Their caregivers became an important part of our family as we all worked together as a team to take care of my 2 parents. Each parent had their own needs and, for 18 months, the caregivers successfully adapted to meet all the challenges of taking care of two elderly, frail, cognitively-impaired adults that wanted to continue to live in their home. The caregivers were professional, caring, warm, responsible, hard working, punctual and trustworthy. Each treated my parents as if my parents were part of their family. The office staff was always available for me to ask questions as well as flexible to meet the needs of my parents. There were many days when Denise, the owner, went to my parents' home to help with a situation such as setting up a monitoring system or even moving furniture. Her field supervisors were available and constantly checking in with the caregivers to make sure the caregivers had what they needed to take care of my parents. Over the past 18 months, my goal was to ensure that my parents were safe, happy, and healthy. This was accomplished due to the care from Home Helpers! I would highly recommend Home Helpers of Metrowest!!!

Home Helpers has been helping me 5 days a week for nearly 3 years. My experience has been nothing but positive. I am very impressed with the experience of all the aides they have sent me. I do have my favorites. Nancy, Leslie and Pat always make me smile when I see they come in the door. All three of them are so loving and respectful to me. They make my days better. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who needs help with their daily living needs.

Home helpers has been helping me care for my husband at home for over three years and I am very pleased with their service. The caregivers are so kind, gentle and skilled. The Office handles everyday business and emergency situations with equal aplomb. I couldn't be happier.
