Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

We've been using Right at Home for over a year now. Sofia comes five days a week. She does supervising of my husband in the shower. She assists him getting dressed when he comes out of the shower. She puts his creams on. She does whatever he or I ask of her. Once a week, she'll give him a shave on his head. She puts the wash in the machine. She's wonderful. She's never been late. I always know when she's going to be having a day off or she's taking an extra day off because she tells me, so that I can write it down and make sure that there is somebody covering her.
She's just a wonderful all-around person. I don't know what I would do without her in the morning, because when she is in the shower supervising my husband, I have a chance to go into the shower and get myself ready for the day. Without her, I am kind of lost, only because when she's there, I know that he will be taken care of. She makes sure he has his eyeglasses and his watch. She puts cream on his face, and she checks him to make sure that there are no wounds that are coming. In the hour or the 45 minutes that she's here, she is great. She makes sure that he remembers to take his meds in the morning. I said to the supervisor of all the people that come out, I think she's great. Snow, wind, anything, she's there.

Starr has been an exceptional caregiver to my husband who had a stroke a year ago. She always has a positive attitude and begins our day with a smile and friendly conversation. Starr goes right to her work helping my husband get ready for the day. She is quite responsible knows what is needed to get my husband ready in the morning. One particular day she noticed that Jims right leg was more swollen than his left. She brought it to my attention and I had his therapist check on it. We contacted our physician and it turned out to be 3 blood clots in his leg. If it was not for her immediate attention Jim could have been in a serious predicament. Starr goes about her daily tasks in my home without having to be asked. She engages Jim in activities which are beneficial to his positive attitude. If I need her to do something in my house or ask her to run to the store she is always on it without question. We look at Starr as an extension of our family. She is an asset to Right At Home and she certainly is an asset to us.

Right at Home staff has enabled my elderly mom to stay safely at home by providing excellent, professional, caring, friendly and knowledgeable assistance with her personal care, ADL’s and light housekeeping. They have all treated her like she’s their family member and make sure she’s well cared for and happy.
The office staff make sure she has coverage with the same HHA’s as consistently as possible and work hard to ensure the best possible fit. We have been very happy with this agency.

I have been extremely pleased with the aides provided by this agency, especially Sergia who makes certain that I do my exercises is always pleasant. In the past I have used other agencies and the aides and office staff at Right at Home is the best!

My family member has been receiving services from Right At Home since 2017. We have been so grateful for the well trained, highly professional aides who have cared for her with compassion and skill as her needs have increased over the last few years.
The administrative and nursing staff do a remarkable job with training and scheduling to meet my family member's ever changing health requirements and circumstances as quickly as possible. We feel so fortunate that her continuing care facility recommended the services of Right At Home.

My mother needed care during this Covid 19 pandemic and Right At Home quickly jumped into action. They provided all the necessary PPE equipment even though it was in high demand. The caregiver was caring and very capable. The nursing staff followed up numerous times to make sure all was going smoothly. I couldn't have asked for more and I felt very confident my mom was receiving great care, even though I am still unable to visit her(it has almost been 3 months).

Right At Home stepped in when my parent’s caregiver contracted Covid-19. They were friendly and helpful and coordinated care immediately. It was a seamless transition of care. We are so thankful to have found Right At Home!

I was really impressed with Right at Home, the folks that inially arranged the service, the staff who scheduled visits and others who came to help me. Ana M. in particular was all business in getting tasks done, paying attention to detail, and being thorough and efficient. She anticipated my needs and didn't need supervision to handle everything I asked her. From laundry, to kitchen, to making breakfast and preparing food, to cleaning and
all with a pleasant and upbeat attitude. Ana's help was well worth the money during my recovery from surgery. I will definitely use Right at Home again. Thanks!

Right At Home provided aids, 7 days a week, to help my family with my Mum who suffered from a Dementia. After working through the schedule and the right personalities the first week, the aids that worked with Mum were caring and hard working. I can not thank Celeste, Diana and Cindy and office staff and the aids, specifically Alondra and Rafelalisa for all of their help, consistent communication and care. We truly believe we would have lost Dad during this time, if not for Right at Home, as 24/7 Caregiving is one of the hardest jobs there is, no matter how much you love your loved one. Unfortunately, we lost Mum after only 4 weeks, but the care and service that RAH provided helped us spend time with our mother/wife vs. being the caregiver in the end. Thank you!

Right At Home has been a very good service for my mother who is in her 90s. The aides provided valuable companionship to her, medication reminders and they encourage her to get out and walk. They arrive on time or let us know ahead if there is a schedule change and their help has kept my mother on track, increased her physical activity and her social connections. Her favorite helpers are Marierts and Juddy, who are both very friendly, kind-hearted and social. Marierts always does light house cleaning without ever being asked and this has helped so much since my mother doesn’t have the energy to really keep up with these tasks. Juddy is a very nice companion who my mother enjoyed from the first visit. I highly recommend Right At Home and especially these two helpers.

I used Right at Home's services for my mother for a short-term time post-rehab a few years ago and then for seven weeks during her health decline. All the caregivers were attentive, kind, gentle and respectful of my mother and my husband and me. The RH admin staff was very helpful and promptly answered any of my questions. They were genuinely concerned about our circumstances and took the time to understand what we needed. I'm very grateful for their assistance during a difficult time.

Your aides are awesome, loving, caring, very thorough, and work as team with Nevin's staff. I have felt great peace since your people have taken care of Eddie. They treat both Eddie and me like their own family. Very, very comforting! Brenda is a bright light when things look bleak. She is immeasurably an asset to Right at Home, especially Julia, Evelyn, Yveline, and Maria.

The CNA/aides provided by your agency are sweet and caring. Both young and older woman are very skilled and professional. My dad told me and I quote, “they treat me like I was their grandfather”. And believe me my father is a tough one to satisfy. I could not be happier with this agency.
