I have used Care Resolutions to provide care for my clients in their homes. As a Geriatric Care Manager, I refer my clients to trusted resources, and Care Resolutions has been one of my choices for several years. I was introduced to them by a trusted colleague, and since then have used their in-home aides for several clients. The office staff and case managers are professional, responsive, and work very hard to find the right match of caregiver to client. They respond appropriately to changes in needs whether they be gradual or sudden, and are responsive during off-hours. The in-home care staff communicate changes, concerns, and recommendations to the office staff, who then collaborate with family members and/or professionals such as myself to change the care plan accordingly. The direct care staff have wonderful relationships with the elders for whom they are caring, and treat them with love and respect. They also communicate well with me as a member of the care team. Care Resolutions also has nurses available to assist a client as needed, which is a rare resource in a home care company. The Care Resolutions staff has been with my clients in unusual and difficult geographic and living environments, and through the life process: light assistance to a woman who needed a little help at first, and building relationship and trust so that she accepted more help as it was needed; working with a client with dementia, allowing her to stay in her home of which she was very proud, assisting her through a cancer diagnosis and treatment, providing nursing support that was much needed, and being a supportive, loving presence at the end of her life. I would highly recommend the services of Care Resolutions to family members or professionals who are seeking home care for their loved ones/clients.
