We got Home Instead Senior Care Springfield for my parents. I was impressed with the overall, when I called about getting assistance, the lady in the office that we spoke with provided information, and then they came out and talked to us. Scheduling has been great, we had an issue last week and needed more hours this week, and they were very easy to comply with that, to add more hours this week.

Everyone is nice to talk with and work with when needing anything at all. They listen to what you need. Very happy about their services.

Office is easy to worth with. We use their caregivers for 50 hours a week. Our main caregiver for 42 hours is Tania. She has helped us so much, is the best one, cares deeply about the job and her patient.

I am legally blind. Transportation, small household chores, my helper holds my arm when walking because of my disability. I am happy with the services.

Home Instead takes care of my mom in Westfield, and they do an amazing job. I didn't want to bring "strangers" in to care for her, but since my dad died, I am the main caregiver, and the stress is just too much to do it alone. I love the two caregivers who are with her now, and we can keep her in her own home, which I didn't know we could do when she got Alzheimers. So nice to finally feel like I am not alone!
