They assisted us in the early days of the Covid with the infection contracted and prevalent in the house it was extremely difficult but with grace & caring they were invaluable When BIHC was bought by Arosa, all that changed drastically! The case manager, an RN, assigned was completely insensitive to our needs. She was brusk and deferred her obvious responsibilities to others Or ignored repeated concerns & was frankly unpleasant. She racked up aid-hours for the Company and left important / crucial care details unattended. When I met with Supervisor to express concerns, no response of concern was expressed we left Arosa Inc care after a month of troubles. (Their Aids btw were lovely but not trained for their jobs) I write this so that perhaps others juggling these difficult circumstances may be spared unfortunate choices ...
