Right at Home provides personalized in-home care and support for seniors and adults with disabilities. Our caregivers are trained to help with everyday tasks that have become challenging. This may include meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, personal hygiene, medication reminders, mobility assistance, transportation and other tasks. We offer services for those with special care situations such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson’s disease and other dementias; diabetes; stroke recovery; and hospice care. Custom Care Plan
We know everyone’s needs are different, so we create custom, client-centered care plans based on our unique five-step approach to care. We take time to get to know you by discussing your health history, physical and cognitive abilities, daily routines, and personal lifestyle and preferences. This conversation is important to us because we want to help you determine the level and types of care you need and match you with the best caregiver to help you continue to live successfully at home, or wherever you call home.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
When you choose Right at Home, you can rest assured that our caregivers will deliver the care you or your loved one needs. Every caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. We provide initial caregiver training through our Right at Home University before they can provide care, and we provide ongoing training to support best care practices. All of our caregivers are employed by Right at Home and are bonded and insured.

Right at Home accommodates our requests and always lets us know if our usual provider will not be able to able to make it and offer an alternative. Our current home health aide is Ana. She has been providing services for my mother for a few months now. She is patient, caring, thorough and accommodating. She bathes my mother, vacuums the apartment, makes the bed, does the dishes, empties trash and more. We look forward to her visit each week.

Those people who comes to pur house to help us are angel in the world. I thanks god for alba she take care of everything on my house . Her primary thing is ask me is if I already ate and if I took my pills. for her my health is essential before my home.

My young aide She always show up on time, i like the fact that she walk aroung and see what have to be done without asking me. She always wash my hair when i need it. She always make sure if i ate, she does my laundry and fold my clothes. I call her timkirbell because i cant never remember her name which is alba.

Star provides PCA services to my Mom Kathleen. Star cares for my Mom as if it is her Mom. She is kind, compassionate and caring, assuring my Mom's needs are meet.
She treats my Mom with respect and dignity at all times, even when my Mom is confused and lost for words to articulate for her self.
She is also kind to Kathleen's family and any visitors that may come to Kathleen's home.
Star arrives on time and works her full shift, assuring my Mom's care plan has been meet or exceeded on a daily basis.
I am working very closely with Juan on request or any issues that may be addressed with services and care plan.

she give a good shower every monday . i have her for a long time. i used to have someone in her place when shes sick or something but i didnt like her i couldnt wait for alba to come back. I also love her i can talk with her because she speak english with me

I want all people that need home care, that right at home has the best providers! Ana my care giver is outstanding!! She makes sure when she helps me I retain my dignity! Having a stranger come into your home to give you care, is a scary endeavor, but right at home care giver Ana was able to fit in my schedule and made the transition like a friend was coming over. I have to say also when I need to call the office the girls there are very nice and very informative!! Whenever I need home care I will go with Ana and right at home!

I'm a current client of Right at Home. I like their work. They provide all the services as far as the homemaker. I use them at least twice a week. The scheduling is convenient to them as well as it is for me. I prefer that somebody come around 11:00 or 12:00, not too early as 9:00 because I don't get up early.

I have an aid that takes care of my mother with Dementia 5 days per week. the staff has been very warm and professional, I cannot say enough about it!
Maria, my mother's aid , is such a caring person and a strong advocate for my mom.
My mother trusts her and is at ease. She has finally returned to her baseline and I know it is due to Maria's very caring attention. She is truly great at her job.
We also used Right at Home for my mother in law's care and were equally as pleased.

I have been a client of right at home Haverhill for almost 3 years . I have The same caretaker for the amount of time I’ve been with right at home. She always tells me how much she looks forward to our Monday mornings she’s always on time. I love our conversations and our interactions. I hope to have her for a long time. If I need something extra done I can always count on her to help me in anyway that she can And she always goes above and beyond. I am very happy to have her as my caregiver.

Christine (Chrissy) has been working with my mom for nearly 6 months. My mom and Chrissy have become the best of friends and we consider her family. Chrissy is friendly, always arrives with a smile and cares for mom like she was her own mother! Chrissy does homemaking services for my mom which is such a huge help. Chrissy has told my mom that she just loves these visits because they make her day! It's such a relief to me knowing that my mom is in great hands with Chrissy. I'm disgusted on how I've been treated. My homemaker days have been wensdays at 12:30 Emily and Juan decide to send whoever they want at anytime time they want with no consideration for clients. This has happened more than 4 times. They are well known for leaving voice-mail at 4:54 pm or not notifing me at all. Mercedes is the only one that communicates with the clients and I'm tired of always complaining to her for what her coworkers do. Would management please address this problem with Emily and Juan.

She is dependable, caring, professional, and a dedicated worker. She performs all PC/HMK with proficiency and in a timely manner. She effectively does my much needed shopping at the local market. Have had wonderful relationship with Haverhill Office. The Staff throughout the years has been great.
My wife is the patient and has grown to know our caregivers as good friends, and sometimes like daughter. We have been fortunate to have some great help. A couple are thought of as additional daughters.

Right at Home went out of its way to provide help for my husband, David! The caregivers provided to us were always on time, very competent with their care and friendly. Importantly, they were able to assist David with transfers from chair to bed, and with personal care. I was comfortable (and grateful) that staff was always punctual. David also was comfortable with the aides and they became his friends.

My 93 year old mom would only be able to continue to live at her own home with the help of the Right at Home staff. The various aides that provide care are great. They are always on time and communicate back to me and their managers consistently. The management staff at Right at Home are always accessible (via phone and e-mail) and are responsive with all issues and have somehow covered every shift even during the trying times of Covid. The caregivers are great and very caring and professional.

A very good friend of mine was diagnosed with cancer which was quickly destroying her ability to function. When it was time to call hospice for in home services, I immediately contacted Rosaleen of Right At Home as well! The services that her staff extended to my friend and her family were priceless. My friend and her family said that without the care they received from Right At Home, they do not know how they would have gotten through this terrible time in their lives. Every person we dealt with was warm, compassionate, understanding and added another level of comfort.

Right At Home provided personal care to my father who lived at an assisted living facility. Finding help can be emotional & scary, especially when you’re doing this from out of state. I was treated by friendly, caring staff who were empathetic and sensitive to my situation. I was impressed with how quickly services were put in place! I appreciate Right At Home’s willingness to receive feedback regarding their employees and the agency’s effort to find the right staff to support my father. I was also impressed with Right At Home’s proactive communication. The office would call me with any unexpected changes in personnel and they always provided a substitute when needed. The office staff were very accessible and I could always reach someone if I had a question or wanted an update of my father’s care. Right At Home supervisors were responsive to my father’s needs & my requests and followed through with their staff based on our conversations. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone seeking care for their loved ones.

Right at Home goes to my parents once or twice a week. My father said he thinks they're doing a very good job. One of them is a nurse from Haiti and that is extremely helpful to me because we had an issue where my parents were both hospitalized at the same exact time and with something contagious. I had to call the company the day before discharge to get 24/7 care for a period of time for my mother because my father was also sick then. It was just a nightmare.
The company was able to respond within two days and get the help we needed for the overnight, so that was very helpful. It is helpful that one of these folks is a nurse even though she isn't trained here, but she is a nurse and she is very helpful to me. She knew exactly what to do when we had to disinfect the house and use certain products and to use gloves. They also have a nurse who comes every so often to check. She is OK. She has made a couple of mistakes, so I'm not in love with her, but she doesn't come that often and we don't really need nursing usually, so it is fine.
The two caregivers are good. The company has been very responsive to our needs. The person I deal with, Cindy, is excellent. When I do have an issue, I call her, and she is on the same page I'm on. They appear to be extremely organized on speaking with her on the phone, and she follows up when she says she is going to or somebody does. Their process is very good.

Someone recommended Right At Home to me for helping with care for my mother who had been in and out of the hospital with problems getting back to normal daily functioning. She also has some increasing dementia. The Right At Home aides were very professional and motivated. My mother was somewhat resistant to having help, although we really needed it for her and the aides were used to dealing with differing moods of the clients and it seems that their training is very thorough, so they are very accepting and understanding. I found the service to be very flexible when we needed to add a shift or move things around, as long as we adhered to the contractual notice period. Overall, I really liked Right At Home because they train their personnel well so they are prepared to deal with client issues, especially with dementia and other problems that come with elder care and their aides are very pleasant and professional.

Services are going well. Charmela is superb, well organized and very efficient. We have laundry at another building and she handles this very well and times the procedure so that she is able to return to the home and continue her work load here. Johonney is here on Friday and also does laundry and general cleaning.

Right at Home did a wonderful job caring for my aunt while my uncle was in the hospital. They really paid attention to details. Nurse was wonderful. Right @ Home assisted my husband while on vacation visiting my family in North Andover. My husband was in need of unexpected wound care (dressing change) and Right @ Home came to rescue. They were responsive came the morning I called. Brenda, the nurse, was wonderful.

Right at Home does business with the elder service agency that pays for it. Their service is okay, but not that great. When they felt we were going to be able to do private pay, they had a real interest in helping us out, and then, when they found out that we were just going to be able to afford what the elder service agency could afford, their attitude was a little different. The caregiver is just so-so. We've been using them since mid-January. They need to work harder to improve themselves.
